Woocommerce email notifications are not working

    Hi,

    Woocommerce email notifications (Processing and complete order) are not working. I think this is not a theme problem but can you please help me with this.. What server configuration you think is blocking these emails? The server support doesn’t know what could be the problem.

    As a seller I get email notification about new order, but customer doesn’t get ‘processing’ and ‘complete order’ email.

    Hello,

    You should check mail logs on a server as there may be some notices about it.
    We can’t know what mail configuration your server uses. If emails can’t be sent there will be errors in mail log files.
