    Dear @Alpha111,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address your recent query regarding the use of the default Elementor widget ‘Image Box’, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/H2FSr2ov89cw. Please note that the settings for this particular widget are embedded within the Elementor plugin’s code and are not modifiable through the XStore theme, as it is not a widget provided by the theme.

    As a solution, we have developed an analogous widget with even more settings within the XStore theme called ‘Icon Box’. You can view it here: https://prnt.sc/aCeOuSq3fjeu. We have configured this widget for your use, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/zvhoTVPcQcNi, https://prnt.sc/NcLdzUVLlCTf. This widget has been designed to ensure the correct positioning of elements, which should meet your requirements.

    Moreover, our theme supports numerous widgets that can be enhanced with dynamic values, allowing your creativity to be the only limit. We also invite you to explore the visual diversity of different widgets with various designs at the following link: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/design-elements/

    Thank you for choosing our services. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Alpha111,

    As a fact we tried to minimize building questions for our customers but we also have advanced Checkout widgets that can be activated by adding the next code to your child-theme/functions.php
    add_filter('etheme_elementor_checkout_new_widgets', '__return_true');

    Once you add this snippet you will see a few more Checkout widgets (https://prnt.sc/cqiP9Xp4GcWW) and you can build any Checkout page structure you prefer.

    Hope you will be able to build the page structure with such widgets used.

    Dear @Red8,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. We have reviewed the issues you reported and below are our findings and recommendations:

    1. We were unable to identify any issues related to incorrect product quantities as per your description. Please review the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/pID32Bhwolvv. If the problem persists, kindly provide us with the specific page URL where the issue is evident, along with a detailed description.

    2. When purchasing a single item, it is correctly added to your cart as shown here: https://prnt.sc/GynUzJ86lfdZ. However, if the quantity is being modified by B2Bking, as indicated here: https://prnt.sc/AE2ip3GZSPJ2, and issues arise with product quantities displayed after AJAX actions, we recommend contacting the plugin provider to add support for AJAX actions.

    Also, you should know that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
    Should you require customizations, we invite you to submit a request through our customization panel at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Please be aware that customization services will incur additional charges.

    3. The issue you mentioned regarding WooCommerce notices is related to the WooCommerce plugin code itself.

    4. The content on your wishlist page is not displaying correctly due to the Dynamic page setting for the wishlist (based on your account URL) and modifications made to the Account page with a custom plugin. In such case we cannot even check the posibility of adding/removing multiple product on your web-site. Please refer to this screenshot for more details: https://prnt.sc/idMpV55lDi3w. We invite you to watch the instructional video at https://youtu.be/ZyjZ-vCx0pE, which will guide you on how to convert the Dynamic Wishlist & Compare page into a static one using our provided shortcode. Further information can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/how-to-use-the-built-in-compare-feature/.

    5. Regarding the issue of adding products to the cart, we did not find any problems as the popup appears successfully with information about the product being added to your cart.

    Should you require further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Miya,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have conducted a review of the error logs (‘php_errorlog’ file) on your server and identified a critical issue stemming from the “WooCommerce Checkout Manager” plugin. For your reference, you can view the error details here: https://prnt.sc/uc06hzVsK7Ax.

    During our attempt to access your WordPress dashboard for further diagnostics, it appears that the credentials provided do not have administrative privileges, as evidenced here: https://prnt.sc/2Mk7sBzVWeJz. Consequently, we are unable to perform necessary tests such as activating or deactivating the plugin.

    We kindly request that you attempt to deactivate the “WooCommerce Checkout Manager” plugin to see if this resolves the issue. Should the problem persist, please provide us with administrative access to your dashboard so that we can further investigate and address the issue effectively.

    Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We look forward to your cooperation.

    Dear @Alpha111,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the issue you encountered was due to a custom z-index setting applied to your containers, as illustrated here: https://prnt.sc/HWv0z3EyolrC. This configuration caused the menu item overlap area to be displayed above all other elements.

    We have addressed this by resetting the z-index option for the container. You should now see the overlap displayed correctly, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/0V9X8vmRNaB3.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Rhett,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that the error you encountered is associated with the WooCommerce plugin, as indicated by the error path
    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/customizer/class-wc-shop-customizer.php.
    We recommend that you create at least one post and product, and then proceed with your modifications or disable the debug on your local web-site https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/.

    To demonstrate that this issue is not related to our theme, we replicated your situation by deactivating the XStore Core plugin and activating the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront. We encountered the same warnings under these conditions. Therefore, we suggest that you submit a request for support on the WooCommerce forum at the following link: [WooCommerce Support Forum](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/).

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Martin,

    We recommend that you temporarily deactivate your cache plugin to determine if the issue persists in its absence. Should the problem only occur when W3 Total Cache is active, we advise you to find the similar query or raise own one on their support forum for potential solutions, as the issue may stem from their specific caching techniques.

    Additionally, as mentioned in our previous correspondence, we utilize the cookies [xstore_wishlist_ids, xstore_wishlist_ids_0] provided by @Rose Tyler. For the XStore wishlist code, please refer to the following file: et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-wishlist/xstore-wishlist.php.

    Dear @TeoK,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to request further details regarding your recent inquiry, as we found it somewhat unclear and wish to ensure we address your concerns accurately.

    Please be aware that the rendering observed in the Customizer may not always match the appearance on the actual frontend. We recommend reviewing the final version on the real frontend to ensure accuracy.

    Additionally, if you do not intend to use any of the new Elementor-based builders listed on our theme builders page (https://prnt.sc/z2Qpln3OBRji), you may consider deactivating the PRO Elements plugin and Elementor PRO, depending on which one is installed on your website.

    As your website is currently hosted locally (‘localhost’), it is challenging for us to perform a thorough examination and fully understand your requests. Could you please provide more specific details or consider making your site accessible to us for a more in-depth review?

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response so we can assist you more effectively.

    Also, it is always able for you to find the answers and watch the tutorials on our documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/.

    Dear @Alfi,

    We hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing the current hover effect on your icons, we noticed that it differs from the examples provided in the images you attached. Should you wish to modify the color scheme of the existing icons (https://prnt.sc/kKHwAaioACPz), you may achieve this by implementing the following custom CSS:

    selector .etheme-product-grid-item .footer-inner>*, selector .etheme-product-grid-item .footer-inner>.button {
        background: green;
        --hover-icon-color: blue;
    }

    selector .etheme-product-grid-item .footer-inner>*:hover, selector .etheme-product-grid-item .footer-inner>.button:hover {
        background: lightblue;
        --hover-icon-color: orange;
    }

    Please feel free to add this code to your website if it meets your requirements. Should you need further assistance or have any additional requests, do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @bhamra,

    We hope this message finds you well. Following your report, our team has conducted a thorough investigation into the issue you described. Our findings suggest that the problem may stem from the repeated loading of the ‘get_cart_contents()’ function within WooCommerce. This redundancy necessitates additional filtering of the cart content for each product.

    We have documented the results of our tests in detail and submitted them to the WooCommerce GitHub repository for review. You can view the submission at -> https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/48053. We are currently awaiting a response from their team.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work towards resolving this matter. We will keep you updated on any developments.

    Dear @Alfi,

    We would like to inform you that there is a dedicated option available to manage the color scheme of the hover area on the product page, which can be accessed here: https://prnt.sc/aJq3E28PrWbT. Additionally, you have the option to write your own custom CSS to implement custom colors for such icons. This can be done in the Custom CSS area of the specific element, using the required prefixes, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/_ln9cigAWcLC.

    Please note that our item support does not cover services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality as described on the item page.

    Should you require a tailored solution, our team of high-level developers is ready to assist you. For a precise estimate and to discuss further customization, we kindly ask you to submit a customization services request. You can do so by visiting our customization panel here: [8Theme’s Customization Services] https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Dear @Rhett,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am pleased to inform you that most of our Elementor demos have been updated with the new Header Builder, which is based on Elementor builder. The specific demo you referred to is also included in these updates and utilizes the new builder.

    For your reference, you can view the process of each demo import here: [Demo Import Process] https://prnt.sc/qqS76JJH6DCu.

    Additionally, we have addressed a similar query regarding the XStore Advanced Sticky Header plugin in another discussion. You may find the detailed response helpful, which is available at the following link: [XStore Advanced Sticky Header Discussion] https://www.8theme.com/topic/xstore-advanced-sticky-header-doesnt-seem-to-work/#post-397479.

    We are also delighted to hear that you have successfully implemented a z-index solution to address the issue of overlapping sections. While it is challenging to cover all potential scenarios, we truly appreciate your initiative and creativity in finding a workaround.

    Dear @Alpha111,

    I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that each header builder comes with its unique elements, structure, and settings. If you have created a specific structure using Elementor, it may not be possible to replicate the exact same structure with the older header version. The new header, which is based on Elementor, offers enhanced features, settings, and possibilities compared to the previous version built with Customizer.

    We have not integrated the Advanced Sticky Header plugin with the new Elementor-based Header Builder. This decision was made because we believe the current features provided should be sufficient for creating a unique header for both cases sticky/static. However, we understand the importance of catering to our users’ needs.

    Should you wish to see compatibility with the Advanced Sticky Header plugin in the new Header Builder, we kindly invite you to submit a feature request on our taskboard at [8Theme Taskboard] https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. We closely monitor the popularity of each request. Prioritization is given to enhancements that benefit a larger segment of our user base, as indicated by multiple requests.

    Dear @ziga32,

    Upon reviewing the potential causes of the issue you reported, we have identified that the link associated with few of your Menu List widgets have a specific structure: https://prnt.sc/r4vpX_52JeOY. Unfortunately, our system processes link parameters based on specific characters, such as “|” and “,”. Given that your link contains several of these characters, it results in incorrect processing.

    To resolve this, we recommend utilizing a different element in that section, such as an Icons List. We have already implemented this change on your behalf. Please review the modification at your earliest convenience and let us know if it meets your needs.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @Rhett,

    I hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing the issues you have encountered, it appears that they are associated with the Elementor plugin, rather than our XStore theme. You can view the specific errors here: https://prnt.sc/RFnHlNO8g3Sd.

    It is possible that the conflict arises from having both the Elementor PRO and PRO Elements plugins activated simultaneously on your local environment. We recommend that you deactivate the PRO Elements plugin while keeping the Elementor PRO plugin active.

    If this configuration does not apply to your setup, we suggest testing the issue with a default theme, such as Hello Elementor or Storefront. This will help determine if the problem persists solely when the XStore theme is active. Should the issues continue with the default theme, we advise you to reach out to Elementor’s support team for further assistance.

    Also, it is vital to admit that developing on local machines differs from the developing on real web-sites. Maybe you can try to disable Network connection on your device while building as it could prevent loading 3rd party sources (just as suggestion).

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We are here to assist you with any further inquiries.

    Dear @Gand,

    We hope this message finds you well. To address the issue of the footer not displaying on certain pages of your website, we kindly request FTP access. Please ensure the accuracy of the login credentials before submitting them in the “Private Content Area” to avoid delays in resolving the issue.

    Regarding your inquiries:

    1. **Custom Logos for Different Pages**: You can set up multiple headers with unique styles for different pages. Please refer to our tutorial for detailed guidance: [Custom Headers Tutorial] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpeXfzNwkOc&ab_channel=8THEME.

    2. **Contact Form Display Issue**: The absence of the contact form on your “Contact Us” page appears to be linked to the style settings specified in the element’s style attribute, visible here: [Style Settings] https://prnt.sc/wmZmNtv2Wi3x. This issue may be compounded by the same underlying problem affecting the footer display, possibly due to multiple scripts loading and affecting the plugin script responsible for form styling.

    3. **WPBakery Page Builder Frontend Editor Errors**: We recommend initially testing with the default theme to determine if the issue is specifically related to the WPBakery Page Builder plugin.

    Please note, general queries should be posted in the main discussion area, reserving the “Private Content Area” solely for sensitive information. This approach not only safeguards your data but also assists other customers who may have similar issues by providing them with accessible solutions.

    Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to resolving these issues promptly.

    Dear @GrecuN,

    We hope this message finds you well. Following our previous communications, we would like to remind you of the option to apply XStore Ajaxify selectively to certain widgets to optimize their rendering. It is crucial to understand that some widgets may perform better when this feature is disabled according to the fact they have in depend on the scripts/styles/DOM.

    We recommend deactivating the XStore Ajaxify for the General Tabs widget on your homepage in your case. This adjustment should enhance the rendering speed of this specific widget. Please note that not all widgets benefit from having the XStore Ajaxify option enabled; in some cases, disabling it may result in more efficient rendering.

    Each demo content has its unique characteristics, and we encourage you to experiment with different settings for the widgets on your pages to discover the most effective combinations of rendering quality and load time.

    We have tested the activation and deactivation of the Sales Booster features across various devices managed by our support team and can confirm that they are functioning as expected. To address the issues you are experiencing, we recommend that you clear your browser cache. If you have not done so already, please follow the instructions provided in this article for clearing the cache in Chrome: [Clearing Chrome Cache]https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.

    Additionally, you may want to attempt accessing the features using an incognito browser window, which does not retain cache data.

    Should the problem persist, please check the console log while attempting to activate the Sales Booster feature and send us a screenshot of any errors you encounter. For reference, here is an example showing that no errors occur on our devices when activating or deactivating a feature: [Example Screenshot] https://prnt.sc/kcfyliWaK2h0.
