Hi
I contact you because I can’t disable Fake sale pop up or change setting of sales booster.
I clic on the button “Deactivate” but nothing appear.
Please could you check in my webiste?

FYI: This issue has been fixed in the latest version v9.3.11 also.

Could you please update your XStore theme & XStore Core plugin to the latest version also?

I think there is a problem here because in my side I can’t.
I tried in another laptop and I can’t.

We have tested the activation and deactivation of the Sales Booster features across various devices managed by our support team and can confirm that they are functioning as expected. To address the issues you are experiencing, we recommend that you clear your browser cache. If you have not done so already, please follow the instructions provided in this article for clearing the cache in Chrome: [Clearing Chrome Cache]https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.

Additionally, you may want to attempt accessing the features using an incognito browser window, which does not retain cache data.

Should the problem persist, please check the console log while attempting to activate the Sales Booster feature and send us a screenshot of any errors you encounter. If issues continue, you may also check the error log in WooCommerce under Status -> Logs for further insights.
