The issue persists with default WordPress theme too (activate Twenty Fifteen theme and check).
We updated VC plugin due to requirements of Envato and urgent XSS security vulnerability in the Visual Composer WordPress plugin versions prior to 4.7.4. Seems their update has some bugs which are causing this problem. To resolve it you need contact VC plugin authors as our theme doesn’t affect it.

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
