In my wordpress general settings, labels site language appear this error

(WordPress could not establish a secure connection to WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in /var/www/vhosts/lococostyle.com/httpdocs/wp-admin/includes/translation-install.php on line 59

I don’t manage php, so I don’t understand the error.
How to solve?

Hello,

Sorry, but I don’t see such error in WP Dashboard.
Also as you can see the problem is related to WordPress file wp-admin/includes/translation-install.php, not to the theme.
