How to create a footer like in your demo

Dear team,

how can I create a footer area like in your demo http://imgur.com/GaF46vE ?
I have created a static block but can have custom menu as you have in three separated paragraphs.
Please advice.

Thank you, I carefully read your instructions on the footer but I’m still lost or dumb.

1. If I put image in text area and static bloc together in Footer 1 I have this : C:\Users\akarimova\Desktop\2015-07-14_1204.png

2. If I put image in text area in Footer 1 and static bloc in Footer 2 I have this: http://imgur.com/5EA4JKy

I want them to be one next to each other like in your demo.

Hello,

I’ve removed Text widget from Footer 1 area in Appearance > Widgets and added it to Static Block in the footer you created.
Please check it now.

Hello Jack,

I bought this theme 2 weeks ago, and i can’t change the footer demo.
I want exactly the same that the demo but i tried to change each widget for to have column the left to the right and not below.

I want exactly same of the demo, 1rst column i want exactly same with just my logo and my my contact informations, the 2nd the link to my pages of my website, the 3rd all my instagram pictures, and 4th the last articles of my websites….

How is possible?? Awaiting your reply….

If you have difficulties we can help you to create footer. Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Yes i tried to follow this documentation but impossible i’m not arrived…. :-/

Ok i want you create the footer how we can do? You understood what i wanted?

I put my wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content for you…..

By against i have a problem with the CSS files i think cauz when i dod a description products, or when i use the write editor in back office with for example list of items or others or i put an image on front office this does not give what I want exactly??? How i can do?

Hello @Sofresh59,

I’ve created footer for you in Static Block section and added 8theme – Static Block widget into “Footer 2” area in Appearance > Widgets. Please check your site now.
Could you please clarify the issue with images? Please show us a screenshot and provide us with direct page links where you have issues.

Thanks Jack i looked and i already do changes. Just i have some questions for the footer. Below the 1rst column in the footer below contact there’s the “share”… Is it possible to put this icon but when my customers click on it send to my socials… And after for the 3rd column the “photos from flck’r” it is possible to put in same format my instagram feed?

For the other problem i search and i send you.

Hello,

You need edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/shortcodes.php (find the section “! Share This Product” on line 1701), to change links you need edit the code, for example for Twitter <a href="https://twitter.com/share?url='.$permalink.'&text='.$post_title.'" class="'.$tooltip_class.'" title="'.__('Twitter', ETHEME_DOMAIN).'" target="_blank"> and replace https://twitter.com/share?url='.$permalink.'&text='.$post_title.' with a link to your Twitter account.

You can edit “Flickr” sidebar in Appearance > Widgets and add Instagram widget instead of “8theme Flickr Photos”.

Thanks Eva but how i can do for Edit? If i give you my links to my facebook, instagram, twitter etc.. You can do it?

After for the picture of Instagram i don’t understood?? I don’t find the instagram widget… Maybe you can do it too?

Hello,

You can find Instagram widget in Appearance > Widgets.
Provide us with the links to your social pages and give us access to your FTP account and we’ll edit the code for you.

For Instagram in Footer i change the widget i put Instagram and i deleted flickr, but when i put my username i have an error message how can i do? My username on Instagram is gaineslim

Hello,

The bug with Instagram widget was fixed in the latest theme update.
So please update the theme. Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

After that we’ll change the links for you.

We can update the theme for you.
Create a back up of your site files and database and let us know when it’s done. Or ask your hosting provider to do this for you if you have difficulties.
Once back up is created we’ll update the theme.

Hello Eva,

I become to you because i have a problem with your template it’s very strange i think maybe sometimes WordPress do updates and i think it create trouble in my theme…

I have several problems :

On my Home page i put 2 spaces “products” where i put 8 products of my catalog and second parts “bestselling” where i put 4 products….At the begining ,for example, there was 4 products for the parts “products” and i wanted more i put 8 products. And i don’t know when i look now for the part “products” there’s 12 products but the 2 first lines are the same products…I don’t know why appears both you see? And same thing for ” best selling” i put 4 products and there’s 2 lines appears and same products…. I verified on my home page in back office for “products” i put 8 products not 12 and for “bestselling” i put 4 products and not 8… What is the problem? I don’t understand? It’s strange because at the beginining there was not problem.

In my website i put a contact form for chat when i’m offline or online and when my customers try to contact me when i’m offline there’s an error message. I don’t understand why?

I have a problem too for instagram, i’ve not arrived to put my instagramm feed in the footer too.

It’s strange all this problem arrived like that it’s not fix you see?

As I see only 8 products are shown under “Nouveautés” title. Have you resolved this issue?

Also please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

I wanted to do a download for update my theme and install on my website but i don’t understand why the theme is deleted on themeforest and we can’t download the last version???
