I just updated my theme and the VC due to the security issues however it broke my website. VC isn’t working properly anymore. Its broken on the front and backend of the website. Please let me know what is going on because I created another website with this theme and it will need to be updated as well but I am waiting until this issues is resolved so it doesn’t break as well.

I am having same kind of issue’s after doing the security update. I had also created a issue but did not had a response yet.

Hello @darnoldussen,

The issue persists with default WordPress theme too (activate Twenty Fifteen theme and check).
We updated VC plugin due to requirements of Envato and urgent XSS security vulnerability in the Visual Composer WordPress plugin versions prior to 4.7.4. Seems their update has some bugs which are causing this problem. To resolve it you need contact VC plugin authors as our theme doesn’t affect it.

Ok I just reuploaded the VC plugin and its all fixed. Not sure what happened there.

My one pager isn’t working anymore. I see there were some changes made to how it works in the documentation and I believe I followed it correctly but it still isn’t working.

Hello,

Please make sure you deleted the file wp-content/themes/royal/vc_templates/vc_row.php. After that check one page menu.
