    Hello,

Please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from a new theme package that you downloaded.
    After that check the tabs.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi
I’ve just done that and it hasn’t made any difference to either issue.

    thanks

    Hello,

I’ve just checked tabs and they are working fine.
Please clear browser cache and check again.

To show categories in sidebar closed you need edit wp-content/themes/royal/js/etheme.js file. Find and comment out line 1733
    $this.find('>li').first().find('.open-this').html(minusIcon).parent().addClass('opened').find('ul.children').show();

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva

Ok I’ve realised this is a caching issue, commenting out the line did not fix anything. I am using wp-rocket as the cache (if logged in it does not cache hence if you checked while logged in you would not have seen the issue)

I’ve turned off Minification & Concatenation of js files and the problems are working, what files do i need to exclude from Minification & Concatenation so these errors wont occur, I’ve tried excluding the etheme.js file above but it did not make a difference.

    thanks again

    Hello,

I’ve removed “cache” folder in wp-content directory. Please check the tabs now.
Also I’ve commented the code in etheme.js file and first category in sidebar is closed now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
