The problem is caused by outdated elements of Visual Composer:

You need re-create Tabs element. Also check other elements on the page.

1. By default there is no such possibility. As this is Woocommerce feature you should ask them about your query.

2. You need set a parent category for your subcategories in Products > Categories.

Hello,

You should move your changes to child theme. Child theme folder is included in the theme package, just upload “classico-child” folder to wp-content/themes directory.
After that you’ll be able to update the theme.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/idstore/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

The error you’re getting “open_basedir restriction in effect” is related to server configuration. Please read about it in the article http://www.templatemonster.com/help/open_basedir-restriction-in-effect-filex-is-not-within-the-allowed-paths-y.html .

You must contact your hosting provider to fix this issue.

I’ve disabled the plugin “Zoom Image” and enabled our zoom option in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Zoom effect. Please clear browser cache and check zooming now.

1. You have to recreate footer as described in the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/0_footer .

2. Go to Appearance > Widgets > add empty Text widget to “Footer Copyright” area.

Whenever I click on the ‘Register’ button the link queenjupiter.com/register/ redirects me back to the homepage. What is the problem and how can I solve it?

You should check registration page being logged out of your admin panel. Also please read how to create this page correctly:

I tried to solve the problem for no 3 and did so quite successfully- at least for Twitter, mail and Pinterest.

Please give us FTP access and write the url’s to your social accounts so we can change the links for social icons.

If your developers made all changes only in the child theme then you won’t lose anything, because you’ll update only parent theme, not the child one.

For deleting the woocommece before i upload the new theme. Can that be done in wordpress admin where the plugin are?

No, it can’t be done there, you should remove “woocommerce” folder in the theme directory wp-content/themes/woopress, not in the plugins directory.

You don’t need to reinstall Woocommerce plugin.
