Hi,
I have just gone through updating the Royal theme and all plugins on a site we are currently developing (we had not updated anything in 2 months as another job had taken priority while this was on hold) and all has gone smoothly until updating the last plugin on my list: Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. When I add and activate this plugin the website goes down (I just get a blank page when loading the site – the WordPress backend still functions normally). When I de-activate the plugin the website runs fine, but obviously all elements that were originally built with this plugin now do not appear.
I tried to install the older version of the plugin and it still did not work. I have tried installing automatically, manually through ftp, and also by adding through the ‘Add New’ button and nothing has worked…
Can I please ask for some assistance as I have tried everything that I know of.

I’ve reuploaded Ultimate VC Addons plugin folder and activated it. Please clear browser cache and check your site now.

Do you know what was going wrong? I tried a few different ways to upload the plugin but nothing worked for me – was I doing something wrong? I did it the same as the other plugins and I did not have issues with them…?
Just curious so I can avoid this issue in the future if it happens again!
