Hello,
in the latest update, you made some major changes in /royal/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php – you wrapped all tabs in an ul. The problem ist now, that the tabs arent displayed correctly on small devices; instead of being listed one after the other, they are listed one next to another/all in one line. I’ll send you a link to my page in private content. Usually I use your demo sites to find the problem, but they seem to be outdated.
Any help how to get the old order of the tabs (on small devices: every tab in a new line) would be really appreciated.
many thanks in advance!
Hello,
Try to use this code in custom.css:
@media (max-width: 480px) {.tabs .tabs-nav li {
display: block;
}}

Hello,
As I see now tabs are shown one after the other:

Please check it once again.

Hello Royalty,
we have added this css code into Theme options > Custom css > Global Custom CSS.
Please clear browser cache and check your site.

Stan Russell.
thank you, but the content is shown after ALL tabs and not (as before the update) after the tab it belongs to.
Hello,
This issue will be fixed in the theme update.
Please take our apologies for inconveniences.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
ok, thank you.
can I replace the tabs.php file with the old version until the update? And can you already say when the update will be out?
Hello,
Yes, you can replace the file. The update should be released withing next week.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
ok great, thank you.
By the way: do you plan to incluse page transitions (fading) in upcoming updates? The theme “bridge” has some very nice transitions that make the page much more elegant and would be a great feature for Royal. 🙂
Hello,
Thank you for suggestion.
It’s not planned in future update but we’ll forward this query for discussion.

Eva Kemp.
Unfortunately, the problem with the tabs was not yet solved within the last two updates. when will the bug be fixed?
thanks in advance.
Hello,
What theme version are you using?
Please provide us with correct FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Hi Eva,
you’ll see the bug when you open your demo:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/product/woo-album-4/
My site looks exacetly like yours (I use version 2.3, all plugins are up to date).
When you make the window smaller, the tabs will disappear in one line instead of one after the other.
Hello,
Our demo site isn’t updated.
I’ve just tested new theme version and tabs are shown this way on mobile device:
http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/15/1002/h_1443807646_7035845_45d6938965.png
Delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from a new theme package.

Your screenshot looks like you have set the tabs type to “accordion” in theme options. But I have set it to “Default” and have still the same problem, even with a fresh installation (to test it, I’ve shortly switched from my childtheme to the parent theme, so the bug is definetely still there).
Hello,
Please show us a screenshot of the issue and specify how you want the tabs to be displayed.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Please find the screenshot in private content. For the screenshot, I activated the unedited parent theme. As you can see, the tabs are displayed one next to the other. But I need them with one line for one tab (the problem only exists on small devices. On desktop, everything is fine because there I need them next to each other). Hope you understand what I mean 🙂
Many thanks in advance.
