    Hi,

I have a translation problem with the theme, I can’t translate the theme in italian, there’s this error message :

Loading Issue: Author is using load_textdomain instead of load_theme_textdomain or load_child_theme_textdomain function. This may break behavior of WordPress, because some filters and actions won’t be executed anymore. Please contact the Author about that.

Scripting Guard [ details ] The Plugin Codestyling Localization was forced to protect its own page rendering process against 9 incidents !

Warning: The actual loaded translation content contains mixed textdomains and is not pure translateable within one textdomain.
It seems, that there is code contained extracted out of other plugins, themes or widgets and used by copy & paste inside some source files.
The affected unknown textdomains are: wordpress-importer, woocommerce, tgmpa, option-tree

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

That warning doesn’t affect your site work and translation.
You can find how to translate theme files in our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/#!/how_to_translate
So you can work without any worries.

Also please clarify what text can’t be translated and give us FTP access.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I’ve tried to translate the file but it doesn’t work (for example for the elements on the top bar SIGN IN / SHOPPING CART etc…).

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

You have only .po file – it_IT.po, but you also need .mo file.
    Please read this article:
    http://betterwp.net/wordpress-tips/create-pot-file-using-poedit./

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
