    Hello, @CamG,

    Actually, the issue is in the child theme because when I activate the parent theme the changes are working as you can see in this video: https://streamable.com/qemzl1 I have set the account icon in the header and set the size of it for desktop and mobile different, and then switching the layout from the desktop and mobile the changes don’t revert it stays as I set them. Please check back to your issue by activating the parent theme you will never face this issue again.

    And if you added any Custom Code in Child Theme then please check that code again with your developer OR delete the Child Theme and Create the new one.

    It is a request that please try to understand.

    First, you want to set the transparent, and one of our agents has shared the code to make it but you said that this code makes the icon transparent too, this is how it works transparently on the main div will work all the content on the box including box background too. So you said that I just only want to make the background transparent not the icon and I made it for you and share the result of it that now the background is only set to transparent and the icons appear and work fine.

    Now you came back and asked that I cannot control the transparency so what does this means you can set the color or make it transparent only controlling it will affect the icons too. So that’s why I set the background to transparent only as per your request. If you will change your requirement every time so how can I help you?

You didn’t share the access to your site with us also, You said that you have found a way to fix it but you didn’t want to go with it. So if you solve the issue from the way you said then please revert it back and let us know I will check and let you know about this and how can you fix the issue without editing the theme core files if possible. Maybe with the Custom CSS code is more suitable rather than the customization. Because by default in the menu settings and theme options there is no option to make it works as you want.

    Hello, @Jozef,

    Yes, You cannot edit the products with Elementor because Elementor and Yellowpencil both are different builders and once you created/edited the products with Yellowpencil then you cannot edit those products with Elementor you have to start from scratch by adding products again manually and edit them with Elementor. So that on your site the product works and appears fine without any issues.

    And Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then in that case you have to reach out to Yellow Pencil or Elementor support to fix it for you with the default WordPress theme and then it will automatically work with our theme as well.

    Sorry to say that but we cannot suggest any third-party plugins to our customers because sometimes they conflict and cause unexpected issues on the site. You can use any of the third-party plugins that suit your requirement and use it at your own risk.

    Please try to delete the core plugin and then Install it again and check back.

    And if the issue will still persist then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Actually, in the widget, there are no settings like this so you have to make it work using custom CSS code. You can add the custom CSS code in the Theme options >> Theme custom CSS >> Global CSS. Below is the CSS code.

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Actually, When you enter the word in the search box to search something it will show you the live search results in the dropdown, and by default, the see more button will not appear in the live search result results it will show all the products regarding the word you enter in the search bar. Now, You enter the word “Ac dc” it has only 5 search results and it appears in the live results if you press enter it will show you the 5 products as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/kBDjMDwF now if I search the word “bulb” it has more than 10 results and all they appear on the search result and if I press enter it will show all the products on the same page as you can see in this video for a better reference: https://streamable.com/j22ctq

    Actually, the thing you want is like when you click/hover on the menu item the sub-item will appear as they appear on the reference screenshot of the Apple website. The thing is it will be a mega menu and fortunately, our theme supports the mega menu feature by default. You can learn this feature by clicking here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu/ and make it on your site as per your need.

    There is nothing else in the theme that makes it work. So if you check/think that it will not gonna help you out then there is no such possibility in the theme you can use any third-party plugin from WP Market at your own risk.

    1. Your issue has been solved please check back your site now after removing the browser cache. Actually, you have the categories on your site but none of them have been assigned to any of the products: https://postimg.cc/3dh8GqMw I just assigned the single category to a single product for testing and it is showing and working now: https://postimg.cc/c6kqx5sj https://postimg.cc/crtzsxkg so you have to assign your products to the products categories and then those categories will appear in search category dropdown.

    2. For the Language Icon, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

    You can change the background transparent as per your needs.

    Note: The opacity property can take a value from 0.0 – 1.0. The lower the value, the more transparent.

    Sorry, but we do not recommend any of the third-party plugins which we did not test officially with our theme, so you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements at your own risk.

    But many of our customers are using the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin, so you can try with that plugin as well and try to follow the instructions written in the plugin doc.
