Payments not working with xstore Theme (tested with basic theme works)

Hey guys,
so i’ve setup everything how we like – and then i connected PayPal (for testing i setup other methods too).
And it didnt show up, i changed to a basic theme and the payment shows up.

Then i switched back to xstore now i can see the paypal payment but it isnt working.

so i go back to a basic theme and have no problems paying through paypal(live not sandbox).
i doesnt even show all payment methods in xstore theme.

maybe you guys have an idea.

Payments methods not visible in xstore theme
and even if it pops up in checkout it fails.

with basic theme everything works.

Thanks for the reply and video.
As was mentioned in the previous reply in the Private Content area, PayPal PLUS für WooCommerce plugin gives .js error. When this plugin is disabled the Paypal button is visible on Checkout page – https://prnt.sc/b7MY3rZJTFRp , so contact support of that plugin, please.
Note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Ok thanks so far, do you recommand a paypal plugin thats known working good?

Hello, @Kenny,

Sorry, but we do not recommend any of the third-party plugins which we did not test officially with our theme, so you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements at your own risk.

But many of our customers are using the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin, so you can try with that plugin as well and try to follow the instructions written in the plugin doc.
