I really don’t know when this design problem occurred and what caused it
But I remember that I found it after updating the theme

Thanks for your contact.

It looks likes you have used Custom CSS on your site, which is causing the issue now, so you have to check and try to remove the Custom CSS you have added in Theme Settings and check back after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will be solved and if not then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me here, in the private content area of this topic, like below listed format, so that I’ll check it for you further on your site.

WP Admin Password:

Please take the complete backup of your site first and try to deactivate all the third party plugins as well, and also please grant me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

Hello, @Bashar,

Your issue has been resolved now. I have added the custom CSS code in XStore >> Theme Setting>> Theme Custom CSS>> Global. Check back to your site after removing the browser cache.
