Problemas con plugins YITH WooCommerce Wishlist, YITH Color and Label Variations for WooCommerce

Buen dia

He detectado problemas con los plugins mencionados por eso los tengo inactivos pero tienen buenas funcionalidades que quisiera aprovechar

Lo que ocurre con ellos es que me duplican los botones, por eemplo

Cuando activo YITH WooCommerce Wishlist me aparecen 2 corazones en el producto para que las personas lo agreguen a la lista de deseos en el producto.

Cuando activo YITH Color and Label Variations for WooCommerce o Variation Swatches for WooCommerce, se me duplican los botones de comprar ahora en los productos con variaciones (página de producto)

También se me esta duplicando el botón seleccionar opciones en la ventana de vista previa para los productos con variaciones, pero aun desconozco el plugin que lo ocasiona

Por favor su colaboración con este tipo de errores

Hello, @ForjarEmpresa,

Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is because of our theme or not?

If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then it means, our theme does not responsible for those issues, and in that case, you have to contact the plugin Authors.

And if the issue will not persist with the default WordPress Theme, then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and also the Cpanel Login details and URL with me here, in the private content area of this topic, like below-listed format, so that I’ll check it for you further on your site.

Please take the complete backup of your site first and try to deactivate all the third-party plugins as well, and also please grant me permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

Realice las pruebas de los 3 plugins en el tema Twenty Nineteen Versión: 2.3 , en el entorno de pruebas de nuestro hosting Siteground (No tenemos CPanel), no la hice en nuestro sitio en producción.

Los plugins funcionan correctamente

En la imagen de producto en la tienda o home aparece solo 1 corazón para lista de deseos
No se duplican los botones de comprar ahora o seleccionar opción

Los plugins probados fueron (YITH WooCommerce Wishlist, YITH Color and Label Variations for WooCommerce, Variation Swatches for WooCommerce

Te comparto los datos de acceso al administrador de worpress por el privado

Necesitas acceder a nuestro hosting para hacer pruebas en nuestro entorno de pruebas, para crearte un usuario?

Hello, @ForjarEmpresa,

1- The wishlist issue is resolved now please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Check the resulting image here: https://postimg.cc/T51q0qbM I added a CSS code in the theme options >> theme custom CSS >> global check here: https://postimg.cc/18BXRxTB

2- I have checked in deep and found that it is nothing but a cache issue because as you can see it is working fine in the backend admin panel check here: https://postimg.cc/k2Q1BsFf the only 1 buy now and quantity button appear but on the front it duplicates because of cache. For this, you have to contact your service provider and show them the image of the backend that I shared with you and ask them to flush the server cache and disable the cache system from your site until your site is in development mode once you make live your site you can again activate the cache system.

I hope by doing this your issue will be resolved. Because if the theme has any issues it will not work on the backend admin panel of the theme too.

Gracias por resolver el wishlist, por favor ayúdame con lo siguiente que tiene relación con el wishlist, en el home en el bloque de productos destacados observa esta imagen https://postimg.cc/CR188kCsy tendencias observa esta imagen https://postimg.cc/0bZmrcSN los cuadros negros se ven espantosos no se visibilizan como en el theme XStore original https://postimg.cc/fkjP8tp9

2. El botón duplicado de comprar ahora aparece en los productos con variaciones ver imagen https://postimg.cc/QKdxFLvN cuando esta activado el plugin de YITH Color and Label Variations for WooCommerce

3. Y el botón duplicado de seleccionar opciones en la vista previa ver imagen https://postimg.cc/k21Zm0vF no he identificado el problema

1- Your issue is resolved now kindly check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Check the resulting image here: https://postimg.cc/bSZ3tjx1 I added a custom CSS code in the Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS see image: https://postimg.cc/MMFYxrCH to solve your issue.

2&3- Yes the button appears on the variable products if the plugin is activated. But now it is resolved. I added this CSS code in the theme options: https://postimg.cc/1gpTm6Pw to solve the issue now here is the resulting image of your site: https://postimg.cc/QFgkVq98 as you can see it is a variable product and button appear just fine. Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
