    I am sorry but this is not possible as there is no such option for it, so you have to try with the Custom CSS code for fixing it on different screen resolutions as per your requirements.

    1- Yes, because the blog page is coming from the WordPress by default and you cannot edit with page builder as the blog page is an Archive page and you can only edit, remove, and create posts from the Dashboard >> Posts they will appear on the blog page automatically, Further theme has blog options in which you can adjust some things on the blog archive ad single page. You can check this option by navigating to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> Blog check the image: https://postimg.cc/kVy0H5vR

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    1. I have just tested it on your site with multiple products on the Shop page and it is working perfectly fine for me, could you please share the URL of the products especially having this issue so that it will be easy for me to look out for the issue for you.

    2.3, I can see you have “Max execution time:” as “120” please try to increase it to “600 or 1000” and it will have a better effect on your site speed, Actually those filters are working based on Ajax and Ajax speed is based on the server performance, it seems more a server related issue. The admin-ajax.php should respond fast, you can try to set up a caching plugin on your site.
    Please note the WooCommerce ajax calls are also slow on your server, we recommend speaking to your hosting provider for more details.

    4. I have just tested it on your site and it is working perfectly fine at my end, I have chosen the “seagreen” color filter and it shows all the products having that color only, here is the complete page screenshot:

    First of all, please note that there is no separate option to create the mobile version layout for the single product page, The mobile version automatically adapts the style/design of the desktop version based on responsiveness.

    About the sticky add-to-cart section, let me try to explain its functionality to you, that how it works. The Sticky Add to Cart section only appears to show when the add to cart button will be moved up/down from the screen, like:

    You can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/307sYfy4 that I have scrolled down to the bottom but the add to cart button is there on the screen so till that add to cart button is there the sticky will not show, and as soon as the add to cart button will disappear and move up/down from the screen, the sticky add to cart button will show at that time: https://postimg.cc/ykq8M7YW so this is how it works, and in your case, it is same, you have the add to cart button in the sticky sidebar and that sticky sidebar will move to the page till bottom and that is the reason the sticky add to cart section shows at very bottom when scrolling down to the page, hope this is clear enough now.

    Hello, @Daniel Suter,

    The shop was completely new created and only the synchronization of the products from the ERP was connected. The ERP System create all Products and set them to Status “under Review”.

    It seems to be the issue because of that ERP system-created products. For making it sure, I tried to create a test product on your site and set the status as “Draft” & “Pending Review” and it was not showing on the Shop when the option is also turned ON but as soon as I set the status of the test product as “Published“, it stated to showing fine on the Shop page.

    So it makes clear that the issue is not because of our theme, you have to check those products again with the ERP system OR you have to create those products again manually.

    Hello, @Chris0483,

    Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? That issue seems to be independent of our theme as the products are coming from WooCommerce.

    If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then it will be clear that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case you have to the WooCommerce support for further assistance on this.

    1. If you want to remove the Menu tab only then you have to go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder >> Mobile Menu and choose “All Department” as “Select the Menu” https://postimg.cc/YLq95SMT and set “Extra Content Tab” as “None” https://postimg.cc/XryJSm6N

    2. If you follow point one then only 1 menu will be there on your site so no need for that dropdown, as there will be no 2 tabs then. Am I right?

    Simply choose the “Menu” as “Extra Tab Content” https://postimg.cc/QBCrZWTQ and choose “Category” at the place of “Select The Menu” https://postimg.cc/bZ6KgNBs like this the Menu will show at the first tab in the mobile panel and open by default.

    I have checked and confirmed all the settings are set to fine there is nothing wrong with the theme settings also, I re-updated your theme as well but still see the same errors.     1- Sorry to say, that there is no option in the theme to edit the account page because it is coming from the WooCommerce plugin and it won’t allow to edit it. If you need to hide some things from it you have to use the custom CSS for this. You can add your custom CSS code in the theme options >> theme custom CSS >> global it will work for you.

    2- Actually the plugin you used is a third-party plugin and we have not tested it officially with our theme so we are not able to suggest you on it, Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Without that plugin and using the Loco translate plugin, you can easily translate the labels and language as per your requirements, Please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me in the private content area of this topic as listed below, and share the labels words you want to translate with screenshot so that I will do it for you on your site.

    And please explain this as well a bit more clearly, if possible with some screenshots: And the shipping details also have some problem with wrong fields.

    3- Actually, by default, the products work like all the simple products are allowed to add to the cart but the variable product needs to select the variable first before adding them to the cart that’s why it will redirect you to the single product page. If you show the variables on the shop page by enabling the option from the theme options >> woocommerce >> shop elements >> variation swatches see image: https://postimg.cc/vgsJgzGf then the variation will appear on the shop page as well so that the user will select the variables from there and add the product to the cart as well.
