    Hello, @TFS,

    The section “Explore from premium brands” is created using the block. Please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/p9cjyBkY and it is set on the pre-footer content see image: https://postimg.cc/nCKQqx0L now as you know that the footer and pre-footer appear on entire site that is why it appears on the product page too, and there is no way to remove it only from the single product page only, if you remove it from the Appearance >> Widgets, it will remove from the entire site. To remove it from the single product page you can only use the CSS code.

    Simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then paste the below code there.

    .single-product footer.prefooter{display:none !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello, @wpstein,

    Then please try to clone your site as on the test site and then try to debug on it as we suggested above, and I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, Actually, the order functionality is from WooCommerce and not from our theme, so basically, our theme does not have any direct influence on it. It’s better to contact WooCommerce support as well for this issue.

    Hello, @suneye1982,

    Why the site speed is not good infact using the most optimized theme. Let me tell you.

    All of our theme demos are very well optimized. Check here: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/xstore.8theme.com/fp10Fvt0/ When a user installs the theme on their server and imports the demo data user doesn’t need to optimize the site speed but when the user changes the demo content with his/her content, if their content is not optimized then he/she must need to optimize the content for better speed performance. We cannot provide our dedicated support for complete site optimization because it is covered in web development. I already shared all the possible ways with you but still if you are not able to solve your site speed issues. You can hire a third-party developer for this or If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @henrik,

    Actually, our theme has three types of mobile menu options.

    One from the left side off-canvas
    2nd for the full-screen off-canvas
    and 3rd for the right side off-canvas.

    You are using the full-screen off-canvas and by default in this version the menu loading overlay is set and there is no option to remove it.

    You can try to use the other two options they don’t have the loading overlay. See this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/hfjxV6QW

    Hello, @T_12345,

    I have set your site settings in the parent theme as you set them in the child theme. Now, the parent theme is activated on your site all the layout/design is working as it was in the child theme and your blog page issue is resolved because the parent theme is activated on the site. Please watch this video first: https://streamable.com/nszlxk and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello, @IP,

    That is because in this Demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/car-parts/product/sinister-diesel-series-30-power-hydraulics-turbo/ there is no sidebar set, but all the content is in Single Product Builder.

    And in this demo: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/product/wooden-classical-golden-chairs/ we have the sidebar set.

    So if you want the content or tabs section full width, you have to remove that sidebar and choose the Layout as without the sidebar from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Layout: https://postimg.cc/Vdft4HPC

    Hello, @IP,

    First of all, you have to create such a section using the Static Block and then you have to set that static block in the sidebar from Appearance >> Widgets >> Single Product Page Sidebar: https://postimg.cc/6TC4BfzQ after that you can set it to a Single product page under the sidebar from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Layout and choose that sidebar: https://postimg.cc/MM9RVy3B

    Hello, @IP,

    Unfortunately, there is no option in the Theme Settings to edit those buttons directly, but you can only turn ON and OFF the Sticky Add to Cart from Theme Settings, If you want to change the color of the Add to Cart button, you have to use the Custom CSS for it.

    body .etheme-sticky-cart button.add_to_cart_button.ajax_add_to_cart.single_add_to_cart_button {
        background-color: red !important;
    }

    Hello, @IP,

    1. Please go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Add to Cart and Quantity and change the Text Transform under Style as “Capitalizehttps://postimg.cc/CRSynSj8

    2. You can change the color of the buttons too from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Add to Cart and Quantity as per your requirements, and the “Buy Now” button in sticky add to cart will pick the same color as you will set from Theme Settings but for changing the Add to Cart button color in sticky add to cart section you have to use the Custom CSS for it, you can try with the below-given CSS code.

    body .etheme-sticky-cart button.add_to_cart_button.ajax_add_to_cart.single_add_to_cart_button {
        background-color: red !important;
    }

    Hello, @Bas Kling,

    Thanks, I have checked your site now the settings are set to fine but still the issue appears.

    You are using a very old version of the theme and its core functionality plugin on your site see the image: https://postimg.cc/SYjJQJw6 also, there are a lot of third-party plugins activated on your site. in order to solve your issue please update the theme and its necessary plugins first.

    1. Take a complete backup of your site before updating the Theme for avoiding any inconvenience.

    2. Deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme.

    3. Take a Backup of your Custom Code and remove it from the site before an update of the Theme.

    4. If you are using a Child Theme then Activate the Parent-Theme before updating the Theme.

    5. Remove all the cache from your server, and site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what are the changes that occur on your site after that…

    6. After that go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme One-Click automatically from there.

    7. After that go to XSTORE >> Plugins Installer and update the Theme required/recommended plugins from there one by one.

    8. After that check back your site after removing the browser cache and check deeply what changes occur on your site after that and if all goes well then.

    9. You have to again Activate the Child Theme.

    10. Again activate all the third-party plugins one by one.

    Finally, check back your site after removing the browser cache.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Niddy,

    I have created a new product on your site see the URL under the private content area. when I assign the accessories category to this product, the header issue appears but when I assign the roofing category to this product the issue got resolved automatically. So it clearly has something to do with the custom layout you created for the accessories category products. Please check the settings or remove it completely first and then try to create a new one in order to solve your issue.

    Hello, @Shehzad Ghazi,

    I have checked both issues on your site. All the theme settings are fine but still the issue appears on the site. Then I check the plugins and you are using lots of third-party plugins on your site. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Hello, @Resin,

    You can rename the child theme, but do not change the name of the parent theme. Check this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/failed-to-update-the-update/ You can re-name the parent theme later when work on the site will be finished, but we won’t recommend it because you won’t be able to use auto-update in the future and need to update the theme manually.

    Also, check – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/white-label-branding-plugin/

    Hello, @Siva,

    The possible options for the Home Page in AMP are under XStore >> AMP XStore >> Home Page: https://postimg.cc/CBtHjdpL other than that you can try with the Custom CSS code and paste it under XStore >> AMP XStore >> Custom CSS: https://postimg.cc/mtZCtQHN

    Otherwise, there is no such possible option, and requires extra Customization.

    Hello, @suneye1982,

    I have checked your site theme settings and set as recommended. Now, to optimize the site speed there are a few necessary things:

    “Eliminate render-blocking resources” For this, Please disable the third-party plugin first that you are using for checkout “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce (Pro), Cherry WooCommerce Package, Enter with the mobile number, TeraWallet, and WooCommerce Product Variations Swatches”

    Second, You are using the WP Rocket plugin on your site. You have to set the settings of this plugin as recommended. Please check this article it helps you to understand: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

    Once you disable the plugins and set the plugin settings please check the site speed again. For now, it is “48%” with a load time “6.1s” it will be improved and you will get the desired results: https://postimg.cc/Lg44nsWK

    Regards 8Themes Team.
