Failed orders and errors about wrong location and there is no shipping for customer city

    Hello there,
    I have some errors with xstore theme
    The problem is that cutomers cannot complete their orders because errors appear to theme
    Like there is no shipping for this area
    or an error happened while completing your order
    error with coupon code that coupon is not availble while it is available

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
    It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else.
    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Then test and let us know the result.
    Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

    Actually I cannot test the store using this method because the store is live.
    Is there any method to diagnose the problem or the conflict?

    Hello, @wpstein,

    Then please try to clone your site as on the test site and then try to debug on it as we suggested above, and I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, Actually, the order functionality is from WooCommerce and not from our theme, so basically, our theme does not have any direct influence on it. It’s better to contact WooCommerce support as well for this issue.
