Product description section – how to edit it

Hello,

I am using this demo; https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/product/wooden-classical-golden-chairs/

The product section which has the description, reviews etc is not full width

How can we select that section to be as the one on this demo; https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/car-parts/product/sinister-diesel-series-30-power-hydraulics-turbo/

The section is full width on the second demo

Hello, @IP,

That is because in this Demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/car-parts/product/sinister-diesel-series-30-power-hydraulics-turbo/ there is no sidebar set, but all the content is in Single Product Builder.

And in this demo: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/product/wooden-classical-golden-chairs/ we have the sidebar set.

So if you want the content or tabs section full width, you have to remove that sidebar and choose the Layout as without the sidebar from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Layout: https://postimg.cc/Vdft4HPC

Hello Tony,

So if i want that sticky section (image and text) which appears on the right side the product description section cannot be full width?

What if i make that section as sticky so once it scrolls it doesn’t go along with the page? So have the 3 sections on top (product image – title/buttons – sticky image) and then have a full width product description section

There seems to be a section on the left side with text and icons but the product description is full width etc.

Hello, @IP,

That is what I described to you above, which is actually not the sidebar but the section has been made with static block and used as well in the product builder: https://postimg.cc/B8r8zMFq so if you want to set the tabs as full width, you have to remove the sidebar from the single product page and create a such section with static block.

Would it be possible to put an image as the static block instead of the elements showing on the auto-parts demo?
That way i can have the image as the “sidebar” technically but have the description section as “FULL WIDTH”

Hello, @IP,

Once you removed the sidebar and set the sections on the page and add the widgets in it. As I showed you in this image: https://postimg.cc/B8r8zMFq –it is a widget the same as this you can add a widget and set the static block in it. In the static block, you can add the content you want text, images, video just as per your need. Then the content you added in the block will appear there and below you have the sections full width of the content you want tabs, etc.
