    3/ update cart button was hidden because after you change any product’s quantity the cart is automatically refreshed but if you still need that button you may add the next custom CSS to show it ->

    Actually, you are using the third-party plugin for this purpose on your site, and that third-party plugin is not compatible with our theme and nor included in the third-party plugin compatible list confirmed from our end on the item’s main page, Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Hello, @don,

    Ok I see, so that makes it clear that the issue is independent of our theme, the issue is purely from the MultiVendor plugin you are using on your site (Dokan), so I suggest you to please reach out to the plugin support and let them know about this issue as once it will be fixed with the default WordPress Theme, it will automatically work fine with our theme as well.

    In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then paste the below-given CSS code there.

    .sten-reset-loop-variation{display:none !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Also, I can see you have the cache on your site from the server (CDN), I suggest you to please flush it completely and all the other cache as well and disable them for a while till you are in the development process and also remove your site cache as well and then check back.

    2- You can create and use the child theme. All the theme settings you have set will work fine with the child theme but if you added customization in the parent theme it will not work with the child theme you have to add the customization in the child theme. In order to know how to create a child theme navigate to the XSTORE >> DEMO Import >> click on any demo >> then create and use the child theme and close the demo importer option do not import the demo again if you already imported: https://postimg.cc/ZvtXyzZ5

    1- Actually, for the Currency switcher, you have to first install and configure the WOOCS plugin and for the language switcher you have to use the WPML plugin.

    1- From the Theme Settings you can set the site layout, please see the image: https://postimg.cc/N5MJd0Mr it will work for the entire site. If you want to set a page to full width simply edit the page and from there you can set the sections/row to full width/stretched sections see the image: https://postimg.cc/64sWYPV8 that’s all.

    2- For the breadcrumbs, you can simply enable or disable it from the XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> Breadcrumbs >> see the image: https://postimg.cc/sBQCqcg7 and https://postimg.cc/8F6PMDW2

    There is an issue, I don’t know why your service provider doesn’t understand or get it. It means the site is not loading the content right and stopped loading the page which is why it is showing a good result. But when the site will start loading the content with functionality then it will show the correct score for your site speed. So please share your site wp-admin URL and access in the private content area of this topic by following the below-given format

    So that I will check your issue on your site.

    I have checked your site speed score and here is the results: https://postimg.cc/QV6fbTzK as you can see it stands in D grade with a load time “5.4s” then I checked the reason for it and found that there is only 1 that is “server response time”

    All the rest are ok you have maintained very well. But for the server response time as you can see in the above screenshot it also, suggests you to use the WP Rocket plugin. You can install this plugin from the XSTORE >> Plugin Installer and configure it to solve your issue. But I suggest you while using this plugin try to avoid using other cache and optimizer third-party and hosting plugins.

    Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty three, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? This is Dokan plugin default functionality and our theme does not have any influence on it, it seems the default issue of the Dokan plugin. So please once check and confirm, if the issue will still persist with the default WordPress theme as well, then it will make sure that the issue is not with our theme, and in that case I suggest you to try to reach out to Dokan plugin support on this.

    On your site I disable all the third-party plugins then I delete the “XSTORE CORE” plugin after that I install it again by doing this your issue is resolved. Check the resulting video here: https://streamable.com/x915gl and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    You can again activate all the third-party plugins on your site one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site.

    You can achieve this using the “Ajax Product Tab” element, you have to add/insert the element into your page and then you can change the Tab title as your Category Name and choose the particular Product Category to show under that Tab as shown in these screenshots: https://postimg.cc/BPTnYSTX https://postimg.cc/V5Zwwb6m

    Other then that, this is not possible and you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements at your own risk.

Speed optimization issues are not included in the support policy as I told you before.     This is not a standard way. As it is clear to understand that the default WordPress theme has no such functionalities and features it’s just a simple theme so it will not take much time to load. Site speed is affected based on the site functionalities and features. So that is why you are seeing different results with our theme and different results with the default theme.

If you are not using any multivendor plugin on your site these tabs will not appear on the site. The multivendor plugin is used for the vendor site if your site is just a store then do not use the multivendor plugins.

    On this page: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/car-parts/product/sinister-diesel-series-30-power-hydraulics-turbo/ the “new arrivals & payment security” tabs are the custom tabs. You can enable the custom tabs from the Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single product builder >> Tabs see the image: https://postimg.cc/hfVjQqKt After enabling the tabs to scroll down below to add the content in the custom tabs like this: https://postimg.cc/ctNpV22F you can also, set the static blocks in the custom tabs by enabling the static block feature there.

    Actually, from the Theme Settings >> Header Builder you can create different headers for the desktop and mobile.
    First, you have to create the header for mobile using Elementor under the static block then edit the header from the Theme Settings >> Header Builder and choose the mobile layout then set the static block header that you created with Elementor and save the settings.     Note: This is the only possible way from the theme settings there is no other way except customization.
