I am experiencing site loading problems.

    Dear 8theme team,

    I would like to consult with you because I am experiencing slow – as low as not moving- loading in my site since yesterday. I have imported products yesterday on coocommerce itself tool. And then I installed the plug in ” wp sheet editor”. After I realised that the site is running slow, I uninstalled all plugins and tried the site but no change. And from a backup file I loaded site to yesterday. C
    Can you check and let me know if I am doing something wrong?

    There is an issue, I don’t know why your service provider doesn’t understand or get it. You can see the image I capture from the links that your service provider shared: https://postimg.cc/D8FZyS60 this is not your site content. It means the site is not loading the content right and stopped loading the page which is why it is showing a good result. But when the site will start loading the content with functionality then it will show the correct score for your site speed. So please share your site wp-admin URL and access in the private content area of this topic by following the below-given format

    WORDPRESS ADMIN URL:
    WORDPRESS ADMIN USERNAME:
    WORDPRESS ADMIN PASSWORD:

    So that I will check your issue on your site.

    Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first and allow us to debug your site and change/remove the plugins to solve your issues.

    Thank you very much for your support. I have loaded the site from an earlier backup and it seems there is no problem now. I think it derived from a plugin I installed and used. “wp sheet editor ” do you have any suggestion for a compatible solution with the theme or any code whish would enable me to use this plug in safely?

    Actually, you are using the third-party plugin for this purpose on your site, and that third-party plugin is not compatible with our theme and nor included in the third-party plugin compatible list confirmed from our end on the item’s main page, Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
