Hello, @IP,
That has been set using the Cross Sell product element under the product image in Single Product Builder: https://postimg.cc/2VZzgqzd

Hello, @Dionizio Find,
1- Actually, For this, you have to create a new product layout and set the condition of the layout to appear on the specific product you want, and then set your content using the HTML widget in the custom layout. I have recorded a video for you please watch it completely: https://streamable.com/hnw79f to understand how you can do it.
2- First of all, You have to create attributes, and then on the product, you have to change the product type to a variable product and then assign the attributes that you created. I have recorded a video for you to understand all the processes. Here is the video link: https://streamable.com/9hiru4 Also, please check this article as well for further assistance: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/

Hello, @JP,
1- Actually, the theme has this layout but if you don’t like it you can customize or use any third-party plugin for this at your own risk.
2- Navigate to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Menus >> click on the screen options and enable the product categories from there to see the image: https://postimg.cc/JyKJhwM7
3- There is no widget available in the “Header Builder” for the mobile to set the “Secondary Menu” under the search bar or any other place. For the mobile menu, there is only 1 widget called “Mobile Menu” all the menus you have will appear in it. Changes require customization and we cannot cover the customization issues in our support policy. I hope you understand.
There is no such possibility, unfortunately.
You can post your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team read it. If it takes votes from other customers, our dev team will try to add it in one of the next updates.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @IP,
Simply navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Product Style >> from there you can set the settings as per your need. See the image for a better reference to understand: https://postimg.cc/ppdSVxvr
OR
You can change the style of the product from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Product Style as per your requirements.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @levacare,
1- The issue is independent of our theme. I have checked the issue on your site with the default WordPress theme as well and found the same behavior. First, watch this video: https://streamable.com/6tssex it looks like the user role you are using has an issue or your server. Please check this article to understand and fix your issue: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/why-cant-i-add-or-install-plugins-in-wordpress/
2- Regarding this, I already told you in your other topic, I think you miss our response. Please check our reply. “No, You don’t understand. Let me tell you by default the gallery images show all attributes randomly. But when you choose a specific variation it will sort out the images and show the selected variations images first from the list and then the rest. I hope you understand.”
This is how it works and the default functionality of the theme, if you only want to show the specific images when choosing the specific variation then you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

Hello, @Chris0483,
Your issue has been solved please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
The problem was caused by the brand attribute that you created. Attribute slag conflicted with the build-in brand feature https://ibb.co/rMHrgHN
I have changed the brand slug to brand_attr. Check the filter now.

Hello, @Ms Morbenia Morbeck,
I have created the block: https://grupomorbeck.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3908&action=elementor
And then set that block to the page: https://grupomorbeck.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3912&action=elementor
And then set that page as the home page of your site from WP-Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading: https://postimg.cc/gnN0j7J2
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @ralu,
To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lose the settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset.

Hello, @Ms Morbenia Morbeck,

Hello, @Ms Morbenia Morbeck,
I have changed the PHP version as 7.4 and then Installed the Theme for you on your site, please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @ralu,
I have logged in to your site and found that there are two parent themes and two child themes, so I suggest you to first delete the old version of the theme from your site and also delete the extra Chid Theme as well and only keep the single latest Parent and Child Theme.
And then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.
And also please share the working FTP Logins as well under the private content area of this topic.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @Luciano,
If you want to set the layout condition to the products under the same category then you have to choose the “In Category” condition and choose the particular category to apply that layout, please see the below-given screenshots:
https://ibb.co/W0VFHYj

And if you want to apply that layout to the particular product only, then you have to choose “In Product” in the condition and choose the product as per your requirements: https://ibb.co/2ZMPxsn

Hello, @Wade Yang,
1- Yes, some of our customers use Uber menus. In this case, you will need to disable our theme options for the menu (Theme Options > General > Theme Menu Options see the image: https://postimg.cc/zVts3K0R) and use the uber menu shortcode inside the HTML Block header element see the image: https://postimg.cc/RqG8bwrb to display the menu.
2- Just like you set the uber menu for the desktop using HTML Block just like this you can add the menu in the mobile menu by enabling the HTML blocks option in the mobile menu: https://postimg.cc/gnZV6PKq

Hello, @Darul Muqarrabin Malaysia,
Actually, the issue is that you did not assign that particular tag to the product. Please edit the product and assign the Product tags and save settings then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hello, @Ms Morbenia Morbeck,
I am sorry for the inconvenience, but that issue does not because of the PHP version only, but I can see that the particular site: http://www.grupomorbeck.com/ folder is not there on your site CPanel, It seems someone removed it from your site, and it’s not me.
I have changed the PHP version back to 5.6 on your request.
Now I request/suggest you to please reach out to your hosting provider and ask to run the backup for you on your site and it will only revert back to your site.
And then I suggest you to please ask them to Install the fresh new WordPress for you as well with PHP version 7.4 and you will be able to Install the Xstore theme on that WordPress.
I am apologizing for this inconvenience, but that was not me, I only changed the Php version and then Installed the theme on your site. Thanks for your understanding.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @Mineraland,
1. Please let me know how you did that on the registration page? Basically the registration page is the WooCommerce default functionality and the Popup of the Login/Registration is our theme functionality but we have used the hook to show the default WooCommerce Login/Registration to that Popup, So if you add any checkbox using the custom code or the third party plugin on my account page then you have to do it manually also in the popup as well, as there is no such option to add that code or checkbox in my account popup in our theme.
2. You’ll be able to translate the mentioned things using a WPML string translator: https://prnt.sc/pd8y21
Go to WPML > String translator > scroll down to the “Admin strings” link and click on this. Find the mentioned strings and add then to the string translator.
