First of all, You have to add the product tags from the Dashboard >> Products >> Tags >> see the image: https://postimg.cc/D4vtgQyh and then navigate to the Appearance >> Widgets >> and add the product tag widget in the sidebar you want like this: https://postimg.cc/47B8XDsC then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Actually, the issue is that you did not assign that particular tag to the product. Please edit the product and assign the Product tags and save settings then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
