    There are a few possible reasons why Woozone may not be importing product variations correctly and instead displaying a clothing sizing guide. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Ensure that your WooCommerce product has variations created with unique attributes such as size or color. Without variations, Woozone will not be able to import product variations.

    2. Check that your WooCommerce product is set up to use variable products. This can be done by navigating to the “Product data” section in the WooCommerce product editor and selecting “Variable product” from the dropdown menu.

    3. Check that the product data is properly mapped in Woozone. This can be done by navigating to the “Product Import” section in Woozone and selecting “Map fields” for the specific product. Ensure that the correct fields are mapped for the product attributes.

    4. Check that there are no conflicts between the two plugins. You can try disabling other plugins to see if there is a conflict causing the issue.

    Hello PR,

    Yes, you can add logos for a Media Carousel using Elementor. Here are the steps:

    1) Open the page in Elementor where you want to add the logo carousel.

    2) Drag and drop the “Media Carousel” widget from the Elements panel onto the page.

    3) Click on the “Add Image” button to upload the logo images or select the images from the media library.

    4) Customize the display options for your logo carousel, such as the number of logos to show at once, the speed of the carousel, etc.

    5) Save the changes and preview your website to see the logo carousel in action.

    Note that there are other Elementor widgets available as well, such as “Image Carousel” that you can use to display logos. Additionally, you can customize the styling of the carousel using the Elementor design settings or custom CSS if needed.

    We can easily achieve the desired result without the need for any third-party plugins. You can create the attributes and assign them to the products on your site. Then, you can use the “Filter product by attribute” widget in the Shop Sidebar and configure it according to your requirements.

    We have identified two issues with the mobile view of your account page, namely that the text alignment is not correct and the text is at the edge of the page.

    To resolve this, please copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. After clearing the browser cache of the mobile, the issue should be resolved.

    If you are experiencing an issue where all products have disappeared from the shop page, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
