    Hello @Clivecode,

We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and revisit your site to confirm the resolution.

We have disabled the Xstore Ajaxify from the element settings, which has resolved the issue. For your reference, please see the attached image: https://postimg.cc/PNtxTNcf

We thank you for your patience and look forward to your continued support.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @Clivecode,

    1) We have tested your site on GTMatrix and the results can be found here: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/goldenstevia.com/2P0KXTfP/.

The performance is average and there is still potential to improve the speed of your site by following the suggestions provided by GTMarix, as seen in the screenshot here: https://postimg.cc/PLXqdc4Z.

We recommend trying the WP Rocket plugin, which is compatible with our theme. Documentation can be found here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/128-how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore.

Additionally, we have an article on how to speed up your site here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website.

We hope this information is helpful.

    2) We have conducted an inspection of your website and have not identified any issues. We have also recorded a video of your website for your reference. Please take the time to watch it in its entirety.

    Hello @Clivecode,

There are several ways to reduce the load time of a WordPress website when the hosting company is located in a different country than your target audience. Here are some tips:

Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN): A CDN is a network of servers located in different geographic regions. By using a CDN, you can store your website files on multiple servers and distribute them to your visitors from the server nearest to them. This can significantly reduce the load time of your website.

Optimize images: Images can take up a lot of space and slow down your website. Make sure to optimize your images by compressing them without sacrificing quality. You can use a plugin for that.

Minimize HTTP requests: Each time a user requests a page on your website, the browser sends a request to the server for each file needed to load the page. Minimizing the number of HTTP requests can reduce the load time of your website. You can do this by combining CSS and JavaScript files, reducing the number of plugins, and using a caching plugin.

Use a caching plugin: A caching plugin can improve the performance of your website by storing frequently accessed data in the cache. This reduces the number of requests to the server and makes your website faster. You can use the WP Rocket plugin for it.

Optimize database: WordPress stores all the content of your website in a database. Over time, the database can become bloated, which can slow down your website. You can use a plugin for it.

Use a fast hosting company: While your hosting company is located in Iceland, it’s important to ensure they are using fast servers and have good uptime. You may also consider switching to a hosting company that is closer to your target audience to reduce latency and improve load times.

By implementing these tips, you can improve the load time of your WordPress website, even if your hosting company is located in a different country.

    Kind Regards,
    8Themes Team.
