    Hello Pierre,

We recommend that you run a backup of your site before the update and then place your language files in the folder as indicated in the screenshot you provided and then update your theme and core plugin again. This should resolve the issue.

Alternatively, you have to redo your translation again.

    Hello @Nio,

In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> Header builder >> Contacts element and delete the existing elements then add them again from scratch.

As an example, the “Url For Field” for a phone number should be formatted as “tel:+xxxxxxxxxx” and for an email address as “mailto:your_email”.

    We hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @Clivecode,

There are several ways to reduce the load time of a WordPress website when the hosting company is located in a different country than your target audience. Here are some tips:

Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN): A CDN is a network of servers located in different geographic regions. By using a CDN, you can store your website files on multiple servers and distribute them to your visitors from the server nearest to them. This can significantly reduce the load time of your website.

Optimize images: Images can take up a lot of space and slow down your website. Make sure to optimize your images by compressing them without sacrificing quality. You can use a plugin for that.

Minimize HTTP requests: Each time a user requests a page on your website, the browser sends a request to the server for each file needed to load the page. Minimizing the number of HTTP requests can reduce the load time of your website. You can do this by combining CSS and JavaScript files, reducing the number of plugins, and using a caching plugin.

Use a caching plugin: A caching plugin can improve the performance of your website by storing frequently accessed data in the cache. This reduces the number of requests to the server and makes your website faster. You can use the WP Rocket plugin for it.

Optimize database: WordPress stores all the content of your website in a database. Over time, the database can become bloated, which can slow down your website. You can use a plugin for it.

Use a fast hosting company: While your hosting company is located in Iceland, it’s important to ensure they are using fast servers and have good uptime. You may also consider switching to a hosting company that is closer to your target audience to reduce latency and improve load times.

By implementing these tips, you can improve the load time of your WordPress website, even if your hosting company is located in a different country.

    Kind Regards,
    8Themes Team.

    Hello Darul Muqarrabin Malaysia,

We would like to know more about your issue in order to provide assistance. We recommend that you perform an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Please reset the database and provide us with temporary wp-admin access so that we can help you with the import. Please also let us know which demo you would like to import. Do you prefer WPBakery or Elementor?

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Hello @Smithy534,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

We would like to explain how to make the size guide appear on specific categories only. To do this, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder. Then, click on “Multiple Templates” and create new templates and assign the condition to apply the template to the particular category. For a better reference, please see the images provided: https://postimg.cc/XZ9VMD52 , https://postimg.cc/8sMLK1sW

We suggest that you edit the template and add the Sizing Guide widget to the section. Please ensure that all available settings for this widget are set according to your requirements. For reference, please see the image at the following link: https://postimg.cc/30Yjj6Xz.

    Hello, @Admin,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching out to our support center.

We apologize for any inconvenience, however, we are unable to identify the issue as your site is currently undergoing maintenance.

We hope you are able to see the changes you have made in the Customizer. If you are able to view the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end. We recommend clearing the site and browser/server cache and checking back, or trying to view the site on a different computer with a fresh browser.

If the issue remains unresolved, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including CDN and cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    WP Admin URL:

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Hello @eternity,

Let me try to explain it to you in detail.

We have the option under XStore >> Theme Options >> Blog >> Blog Layout >> (Image Sizes for Blog), using this option you can control the size of the Post Featured image on the Blog page, So that option works globally on all of your Post Featured images at the blog page.

Now let’s suppose, you have two different posts with two different featured images.

One Post Featured image has dimensions 1200×750 px
The second Post Features image has dimensions 600×375 px

If you will set the value as 1200 x 750 under the (Image Sizes for Blog) option then it will apply to both of your post-featured images, in that case, if you want the original size of the image, you have to upload the images of the same size for your Posts.
    Hope this is clear now.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team.

    Hello Kapil Dev,

The plugins included in our theme are external and we have purchased an Extended License for each of them, as per the guidelines outlined in the Envato Help Center article: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins. This is a common practice among all ThemeForest theme authors.

Unfortunately, if you wish to gain access to Revolution slider addons or premium templates, you will need to purchase an individual license. The extended license that we have does not include these features, and the plugin author requires an individual license in order to grant access.

    Hello, @Kapil Dev,

Revolution Slider authors allow the use of Premium features only for those who purchase an individual license. Therefore, if you wish to use Revolution Slider add-ons or the Template Library, you will need to purchase a license.

You can find some free templates here: https://www.8theme.com/downloads. Premium templates will only be available after plugin registration.

    Hello, @Sofija886,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1) In order to solve your issue, there is only one possible way to display a product variant that is out of stock on the pages. Product variation that is ”Out of stock” can be displayed http://prntscr.com/t21xou with our variation swatches under Xstore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop Element > Variation Swatches > Swatch Out Of Stock (in case “Hide out of stock products from the catalog” option is enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory). Please refer to the provided image: https://ibb.co/dc8b4Kk

    OR

    2) If you would like to hide the out-of-stock color circles, please copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. After clearing your browser cache, please check back to your site.

    .woocommerce-shop li.type-color.sten-li-disabled {

    Hello, Kiki,

Thank you for providing us with the password and the site Admin Logins. We have debugged your site and it appears that the issue may be related to a cache or third-party plugin conflict.

We have noticed that CDN is activated on your site, as seen in the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/v1m8dvDY. We suggest that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to flush the server cache completely and turn it off while you are in the development process.

We also suggest that you try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

If you are able to see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.
