    Hello, @gunjan gulati,

1.In search when we search anything and click on result it never comes up and we have to click

4.check worldofornaments.com and when u search anything you just have to click once but in your theme we need to click 2 times.

We have observed that there is no discernible difference when we input a product name into the search bar and subsequently click on the search result. Both websites appear to have identical search functionalities and yield the same results.

For your reference, we have recorded a video demonstrating this, which can be viewed in the private content area. We kindly request you to watch it in its entirety.

If you continue to encounter the issue on your end, we would appreciate it if you could record a video illustrating the problem for a clearer understanding.

You may upload this video on a file-sharing service, such as https://wetransfer.com/, and provide us with the URL.

This will enable us to further investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

    Hello, @gunjan gulati,

3.How can i change currency to INR.

To change the currency in a WordPress WooCommerce website to INR (Indian Rupee), you can follow these steps:

    1) Log in to your WordPress Dashboard

    2) Set Your Base Currency:

To change the currency to INR, you’ll need to set INR as your base currency. Here’s how:

    a. Go to “WooCommerce” > “Settings.”

    b. Click on the “General” tab.

    c. In the “Currency options” section, you should see “Currency” as an option. Choose “Indian Rupee (₹)” from the drop-down menu.

    d. Save your changes.

Please refer to the image provided at the following link for further reference: https://imgur.com/K9KdO4a

    3) Configure Currency Display Options:

After setting the base currency to INR, you can further configure how the currency is displayed on your website. Here’s how:

    a. In the same “General” tab of the WooCommerce settings, scroll down to the “Currency options” section.

    b. You can customize how the currency symbol is displayed, including its position (before or after the price) and the number of decimal places.

    c. Save your changes.

    4) Update Product Prices:

After changing the base currency, you may need to update the prices of your products to be in INR. You can do this manually for each product by editing the product and changing the price field.

    5) Test Your Website:

After making these changes, thoroughly test your website to ensure that all prices are displayed correctly in INR and that the checkout process works as expected.

Please make sure to back-up your website before making significant changes, especially when updating prices, as mistakes can impact your store’s operations.

    Best Regards,
    Team 8Theme.

    You’re welcome!

Absolutely, achieving new features or functionalities on a website often involves adding code to the website. In the case of “things” like the feature you’re interested in, it typically requires a combination of web development skills, coding, and sometimes integrating third-party services or libraries.

    Hello, @indrany_eve,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We attempted to investigate the issue on your website, however, the WordPress Admin Login details you provided are incorrect.

The problem you are encountering is typically due to cache issues. We recommend that you navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Here, you will find options such as Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Please ensure these are turned off.

Once all changes to the site have been completed, you can reactivate the aforementioned options.

We believe that following these steps will help resolve your issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our support team is always ready to assist you.

    Hello, @Lani,

Thank you for your recent purchase and use of our theme.

We would like to inquire about the page builder you used to import the demo. It appears that you may have imported the demo using the WP Bakery page builder and subsequently edited the content with the Elementor page builder OR vice versa. This action seems to have caused significant disruption to your site.

We strongly recommend using a single page builder for both the import and editing processes to avoid such issues.

Our suggestion is to reset your staging site to its default settings. Once this is done, please share your staging site’s WP Admin URL and credentials with us in the private content area of this topic.

Additionally, please let us know which demo you wish to import and the page builder you intend to use. We will then handle the import process for you to ensure a smooth transition.

    Hello, @Liva,

If you are utilizing the single product builder, it is necessary to activate the Stock Status option. This can be found under the following path: XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product Builder > Add To Cart & Quantity > ADVANCED > Stock Status. Once you have made this change, please ensure to publish it.

For your convenience, we have provided a reference image: https://imgur.com/mzWc0mX

Upon activation, the out-of-stock status will be displayed when the products are unavailable. Conversely, the in-stock status will be displayed when the products are available.

    Hello, @Liva,

    4) In the single product page, is there an option to add “NOTIFY ME” button with email input box so that customers get notification when the product is back in stock?

Unfortunately, our current theme does not offer a built-in option to add a “NOTIFY ME” button with an email input box for customers to receive notifications when a product is back in stock. To implement this functionality, it would require additional customization.

As an alternative, We recommend that you reach out to the support team of the WooCommerce plugin at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/, as this issue is not related to XStore.

Alternatively, you can explore third-party plugins available in the WordPress plugin repository or marketplace that are specifically designed to handle product availability notifications. These plugins often offer a range of features and customization options to better meet your requirements at your own risk.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
