All departments menu, the drop down menu categories and subcategories does not link to any site page

When I click on the submenus of each category, I am not taken to another page. It does not move, how do I fix this, please?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Kindly proceed to the WordPress Dashboard, then select ‘Appearance’, followed by ‘Menus’, and finally ‘All Department Menu’. Please refer to the attached image for further clarification. https://imgur.com/DY7rvoC , https://imgur.com/JtYRGTn

The dropdown menu for all departments is sourced from a Static block, which can be easily edited or changed using Elementor according to your requirements. Please refer to the images provided at the following links: https://ibb.co/WfzPC0g, https://ibb.co/MkP26wp, and https://ibb.co/Q6ds2YQ.
