How to add effects on the cursor which shows on the website?

Hi there

We have added a domain on the PCA.
The cursor has a circle and dot around it. Is this something that we can also add in x-store?

We will try to get help from codeable and have this feature achieved.

Just curious on how “things” like this are achieved, we are guessing by adding code to the website etc.?
