CAN’T PERSONALIZE TEMPLATE MENU, I’m trying to edit the layout of the template menu

I’m trying to edit the layout of the template menu (like the colors) but when a leave the editing mode it stops showing everything I just did even though It says that the chance was made

We attempted to investigate the issue on your website, however, the WordPress Admin Login details you provided are incorrect.

The problem you are encountering is typically due to cache issues. We recommend that you navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Here, you will find options such as Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Please ensure these are turned off.

Once all changes to the site have been completed, you can reactivate the aforementioned options.
