How to get images to show on the text letters?

Hello,

We have added a domain on the PCA,
If you just scroll down a little and see the words

SPECIAL PRODUCTS FOR MOST PEOPLE

]You can see that there is a moving image within the text which looks cool.

Is there anyway to replicate this?
