We have uploaded the SVG Icon some place showing well but some place not showing please check the below link.

Family Physician – showing correctly
Endocrinology – now showing.

– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Could you kindly verify the functionality of the icons when our theme is not activated, but the default WordPress theme (Storefront) is in use?

Please proceed to WP-dashboard > Appearance > Themes to do so.
