    Hello, @cestasnov,

    Thank you for providing us with an update on your testing and for trying different image formats.

    It’s great to hear that the images in PNG format are displaying correctly in the sent emails. It appears that the issue may be related to the email client’s compatibility with the webp image format.

    Since you’ve found a workaround by using PNG images, we recommend continuing with this solution to ensure that your product images are consistently displayed in emails for your customers.

    If you have any further questions or encounter any other issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to assist you.

    Thank you for choosing XStore, and we appreciate your understanding.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello, @HmirceaD,

    Regrettably, there is no option to manually change the location. By default, it only appears under the tabs on the single product page, as this is its inherent functionality.

    Please be aware that our item support does not include services to alter or expand the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality as described on the item page.

    If you are interested in pursuing paid customization services, we suggest submitting a customization request to the Codeable team via their website: https://www.codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX.

    Hello, @Zg007,

    1) Certainly, enabling the Single Product Builder in Xstore will not have any adverse effects on your website’s speed or its indexing on Google. Your website’s performance and Google indexing will remain unaffected.

    Additionally, You are welcome to utilize the Single Product Builder and configure all available settings according to your specific requirements.

    2) Filter product by Price widget has been set under Appearance> Widgets > edit the content of the Shop sidebar area. https://imgur.com/LskBWyu

    Filter products by price widget takes price range automatically based on the min and max price of existing products.

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello, @GTP,

    We regret to inform you that our theme does not support the option for an ‘Add to Cart’ button animation. The site you provided for us to review under the private content area utilizes CSS for the animation of the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Therefore, you would need to implement this feature using Custom CSS code.

    We have extracted the relevant code from the site you provided. The code is as follows:

    .single-product button.single_add_to_cart_button {
        animation-name: shake !important;
        animation-duration: 5s !important;
        animation-iteration-count: infinite !important;
        animation-timing-function: ease-in-out !important;
    }

    You can apply this code to your site under Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and change the class in the code with your site Add to Cart button class.

    Hello, @ecommercedev,

    Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

    Please check our demos to find out how the menu works with the XStore theme.

    If the mega menu was created using a static block it can be displayed correctly for desktop devices only, so we created a separate Mobile Menu. If the mega menu was created in the default way, it can be shown for mobile too – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/

    We hope this information is helpful.

    If you are looking to remove the “new” label on products, kindly follow these steps: Navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Shop Element > Product Badges > NEW LABEL SETTINGS > Days Limit. This function allows you to set the limit of days for products to be labeled as “new”. Please note, setting it to 0 will prevent the “new” label from being added. Once you have made the necessary changes, please ensure to publish it.

    Hello, @ecommercedev,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We would like to clarify that if you are utilizing the Advanced Cart Layout and have enabled the ‘Email Field Prioritized’ option, the email field will be moved to the first position in the billing details form. This will make it the highest priority field to be filled in, compared to the other fields.

    The functionality to display the email field following the First Name field in the billing details form is a default feature of the options provided.

    If you wish to disable the prioritization of the Email Field, you can easily do so by navigating to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout > Advanced Layout in your settings. Once there, simply switch it to ‘OFF’ and ensure you publish the changes.

    Best Regards,

    Hello, @indrany_eve,

    The error you’re encountering, “Fatal error: Out of memory,” indicates that your WordPress website has run out of available memory while trying to execute a particular operation. This is a common issue and can be caused by several factors, including the number of plugins you have installed, or even limitations set by your hosting provider.

    Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Increase PHP Memory Limit:

    – Open your wp-config.php file, which is located in the root directory of your WordPress installation.

    – Add the following line of code just before the line that says /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

    Save the file and try to access your website again. Increasing the memory limit might resolve the issue if it is a memory-related problem.

    2. Check Your Hosting Environment:

    Some hosting providers impose memory limits that cannot be overridden in your wp-config.php file. You should reach out to your hosting provider’s support team to inquire about the memory limit and ask if they can increase it for your account.

    3. Monitor Error Logs:

    Check your server’s error logs for more detailed information about the issue. This can help pinpoint the exact cause of the memory error.

    4. Consider Managed WordPress Hosting:

    If you continue to experience issues and your hosting provider cannot resolve them, you might want to consider migrating your website to a managed WordPress hosting service. These services are optimized for WordPress and often have higher resource limits.

    Remember to back up your website before making any significant changes, especially if you’re going to disable or remove plugins. This will allow you to restore your site in case something goes wrong during the troubleshooting process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello, @GTP,

    Thank you for purchasing multiple licenses of our theme. We understand that you wish to incorporate sections from other themes created with the Elementor page builder into your site using the Xstore theme.

    Unfortunately, this is not feasible due to the different coding standards employed by other themes. These sections may have been built using custom elements from other themes, which are incompatible with our theme.

    However, you can explore these sections and attempt to recreate them on your site using the elements provided by our theme. You can familiarize yourself with the styles of our elements by visiting our demo site at https://preview.themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/full_screen_preview/15780546?_ga=2.101593025.1568415362.1695445932-1091590229.1685593196.

    Alternatively, you can submit a feature request for these elements/sections/styles on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If your request receives substantial support from other customers, our development team will consider incorporating it into a future update.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello, @GTP,

    Maintenance mode allows you to display a user-friendly notice to your visitors instead of a broken site during website maintenance. Build a cool maintenance page that will be shown to your site visitors. Only registered users with enough rights can see the front end. Switch it off if you want to launch the site back.

    You may create the maintenance page from scratch at Dashboard – Pages – Add new. Choose “Maintenance” in the “Template” list of “Page attributes”. Or you can import the page from our demo in XStore Control Panel -> Import demos -> Coming Soon demos.

    So you can simply import the Maintainance Mode/Coming Soon page by importing that demo on your site, It simply imports the page nothing else.

    We hope this helps.

    Hello, @stephan,

    We appreciate your effort in providing the screenshot.

    1) We kindly request you to temporarily disable the cache plugin on your site and check again. We are hopeful that this action will resolve the issue you are facing.

    2) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hello, @Mirek,

    We are pleased to hear that the static blocks are functioning well with your Custom Tabs plugin.

    However, we understand your concern regarding the multiple blocks affecting the SEO of your site. Unfortunately, we must inform you that creating multiple blocks is the only feasible method if you wish to display different content for different tabs for specific products. Currently, there is no alternative solution.

    For your SEO concerns, we recommend using a plugin such as Yoast SEO, which may assist in resolving any SEO-related issues.

    Hello, @AndyK,

    2) The default sorting options provided by WooCommerce,
