    3/ For example, if we see a demo with a block we like, we would have to purchase that demo, and copy it via elementor etc.

    Yes, you are right. Once you have the specific demo with a block you like, then you can export the template using elementor plugin.

    The Media import was not installed. It doesn’t work for manual import also.

    This problem comes from the server side. Contact your hosting provider and ask to increase Max execution time, then go to import and select to import Media only – https://gyazo.com/fc5e45e83c009dd334efe31d3b934d83 If this doesn’t help. Ask your hosting provider to check the server error log, and solve errors from there.

    1) Check System Requirements:

    Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please set the php version 8.0 on your site and increase max execution time minimum 5000.     2) We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    Please do the reset, provide us with temporary WP-admin access, and let us know which demo you would like to import. We will help you with the import.
