Problem with filters color and size options on mobile dont show

    On mobile floating filters size and colors options didnt show please help

    2. Navigate to the ‘XStore’ section.
    3. Proceed to ‘Widgets’ and then to the ‘Shop Sidebar’ area.
    4. Locate the ‘XStore Swatches Filter’ widget.
    5. Deselect the ‘Use ajax preload for this widget’ option.
    6. Ensure to save your settings.

    After completing these steps, please revisit the affected area to confirm that the issue has been resolved.

    Hello i have deselected this … and still nothing.,.. i deleted cache and still nothing… 🙁

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    it helped but without elementor pro i cant make footer shop page etc… so what now ? will you sort it out or what ?

    You can use the Pro Elements plugin – https://proelements.org/ or put widgets back, as we can see you removed them from the sidebar, and provide us with FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.
