Our findings suggest that the problem you are facing does not stem from our theme. As such, we respectfully recommend that you contact WooCommerce support directly at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ to report that the issue persists even when using the Twenty Twenty-Three theme.
We believe that once the issue is resolved with the default theme, it will also be rectified when using our theme.
