Theme registration issues: I cannot use the new purchase code on my old store theme

    Hello again, I had longed been an store client and now I renewed my purchase hoping to get the purchase code included on my website as the PHP is outdated. i am stuck on the theme registration as I cannot input the new purchase code. all the plugin on my website are outdated due to 7.4 php. I really need help. my products are not visible. I really do not understand the whole setting of the theme this time. I will appreciate if someone can provide a solution to my issues.

    hello, and thanks for reaching out. the situation have not changed. I cannot run updates and some plugins are not functional. I still can’t figure it out despite you guys installing the code. please send me a link to show you screenshot.

    I did purchase xstore back in 2017 when I could use the purchase code on different websites and of recent I just bought the now store yesterday because I was hoping to run updates on my website and I am aware of the recent policy of 1 purchase code for 1 website but still I have difficulties making it possible.
