    Hello, @WebDev,

    Thank you for reaching out! I’m delighted to assist you in creating a text slider based on product tags using the XStore theme.

    Indeed, XStore provides a fantastic feature called XStore Marquee, allowing you to effortlessly build a text slider with custom tags. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you achieve this:

    a) Edit Any Page or Post with Elementor:
    Navigate to the page or post where you want to integrate the text slider. Utilize Elementor for easy customization.

    b) Add XStore Marquee Widget:
    Once in the Elementor editor, locate the XStore Marquee widget. Drag and drop this widget onto the desired section of your page.

    c) Configure XStore Marquee Settings:
    Configure the XStore Marquee widget settings according to your preferences. You can add custom tags (text) and choose the animation type, such as Autoplay or window scroll.

    d) Customize Animation Type:
    Depending on your requirements, select the desired animation type. If you want the text slider to play automatically, choose Autoplay. If you prefer the slider to respond to window scrolling, select the corresponding option.

    e) Save Your Changes:
    Once you’ve configured the settings to your liking, don’t forget to save your changes.

    Hello, @Zenka,

    Thank you for bringing the issue with the checkout page to our attention. We understand the importance of a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experience, and we appreciate your feedback.

    To address the concern of the returning customer and coupon area taking up two separate lines on the checkout page, we recommend implementing the following custom CSS code. This code will ensure that both elements align on a single line.

    To address this matter, you can follow the steps :

    a)Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
    b)Go to “XStore” and select “Theme Setting”
    c)Within the Theme Settings, find the “Global CSS” section.
    d)Paste the following CSS code into the provided space:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
    .before-checkout-form{
        display: flex;
        flex-direction: row;
        flex-wrap: wrap;
        align-content: center;
        justify-content: space-evenly;
        align-items: flex-start;
        margin-right: 43%;
    }
    }

    Hello, @GTP,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1) We appreciate your interest in achieving a unique and personalized look for your website.

    To address your concerns, you can indeed modify the appearance of the Tabs section and reposition it on the left, bottom, or right side of the page. To implement these changes, please follow the steps outlined below:

    -Modify Appearance:

    a) Navigate to the WordPress dashboard.
    b) Go to Static Block and create a new one using Elementor.
    c) Integrate any products or customize the content to your preference.
    Update the Static Block.

    -Adjust Tabs Position:

    a) Edit the page with Elementor.
    b) Add the XStore Tabs widget >> in Content >> Items.
    c) Select the content type as “Static Block” and choose the one you created in the previous step.

    For a visual guide, please refer to the image provided at the following link:https://imgur.com/a/dW2VhVY

    2) The optimal approach for creating these would be to import pre-built templates from XStore Studio and customize them according to your specific requirements. To initiate this process, kindly navigate to the WordPress dashboard and edit any page, post, or static block utilizing Elementor. Within the “Drag widget here” section, access XStore Studio and incorporate the pre-built template that aligns with your needs. Subsequently, proceed to customize the imported template as necessary.

    Hello, @Mitul,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have identified the cause of the issue you are experiencing with the Contact Us page on your website. It appears that a featured image had not been assigned to this page, which is necessary for the breadcrumbs to display correctly below the banner, as they do on other pages such as the About Us page.

    To rectify this, we have now set a featured image for the Contact Us page. You can view the updated page and the placement of the breadcrumbs in the screenshot provided here: https://ibb.co/X36WPNn

    For your reference, here is the screenshot that illustrates the absence of the featured image on the Contact Us page: https://ibb.co/SRtJ4Qt. In contrast, the Contact Us page has a featured image set, as shown in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/kD7pxXs.

    We trust that this resolves the issue, and the Contact Us page should now display as intended. Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello, @Sweet D,

    We appreciate your inquiry regarding the presentation of “popular” categories in the search box.

    Upon conducting an exhaustive analysis on our test site, it appears that the observed outcome aligns with the results you’ve encountered. It’s crucial to emphasize that the existing behavior reflects the default functionality of the XStore Search widget within the Header.

    Regrettably, the current settings do not allow for the customization of specific preferences for the categories displayed as “popular.”

    For a more hands-on approach, we encourage you to submit your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ . This platform serves as a collaborative space where users can propose and vote on features. If your proposal gains sufficient support from the community, our development team will evaluate the possibility of incorporating it in an upcoming update.

    Hello @Mitul,

    I want to know what was the problem with the margin of horizontal edges?

    To rectify the problem, we have implemented Custom CSS code within the image element’s CSS section. For your reference, a screenshot illustrating the changes can be found at the following link: https://ibb.co/c368g57

    I also like to mention that the breadcrumb isnt showing on this contact us page
    eg: https://obxgourmet.com/contact-us/

    Furthermore, we have resolved the issue concerning the breadcrumbs on your website. It was discovered that the breadcrumbs feature had been disabled from the page options. By editing the “Contact Us” page and adjusting the Xstore Page options to default to the breadcrumbs settings from the Theme Options, we have remedied the situation. Please review the following screenshots for a detailed overview of the adjustments made: https://ibb.co/GCDt4BT & https://ibb.co/QXC49VQ.

    Hello, @Harsh08,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including Kirki framework customizer plugin) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Hello, @Dinesh,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    To the challenges faced during demo content import, we acknowledge the significance of a seamless setup process and apologize for any inconvenience caused. To address the errors encountered—media not installed, options not installed, menu not installed, default_woocommerce_pages not installed, and version_info not installed—please adhere to the following steps:

    Confirm that your server aligns with the minimum requirements for our theme, including PHP version compatibility.

    1-XStore Theme Requirements: set PHP version 8.0 https://imgbb.com/tpL7tV9

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

    2-Refer to our theme documentation about the Demo Content: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/

    After that if the issue still persist, Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @Xstages Motorsport,

    Thank you for your response.

    We are pleased to inform you that the technical issue you reported has been successfully resolved. To ensure that the changes are reflected on your end, we kindly ask that you clear your browser’s cache before revisiting your site.

    Please note that the resolution involved deactivating the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin on your website. This action has addressed the problem, and your site should now function as expected.

    Additionally, Kirki Customizer Framework plugin was activated on your site, it may conflicts with our XStore Core plugin, so we would recommend you to disable Kirki.

    XStore Core includes the Kirki framework within its codebase. To prevent any potential conflicts, we advise you to deactivate the Kirki plugin when using XStore.

    Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
