Instagram API Not Working – Followed All Steps

    Followed all steps onhttps://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/189-instagram-api-token and have added the API – according to FB everything is working as its supposed to however on the website it keeps showing as “Error: Instagram “hashtag search” did not return a 200.”

    Can you please help?

    1) Please proceed to update the theme and the XStore Core plugin by following the guidelines provided in these articles:

    – Plugins Update: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
    After completing the updates, navigate to Theme Options and click on “Publish.” Subsequently, clear all cache on your site and verify the performance.

    2) We recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the theme. You can find a list of the bundled plugins here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins. After disabling, please check the functionality of your site.

    Hi there,

    I have updated all plugins, themes, disabled plugins one by one to see if they are clashing but unfortunately it still doesn’t work. Any other ideas as to how we can make this work please?

    Hi there, I am not using hashtags at all, but also the account is business but still not working. Can you please help?

    Sorry – I realised it automatically added “admin” as a hashtag which is weird. I have removed and now working. Thank you!
