    Hello, @sophie,

    These settings for images come from WooCommerce plugin, not from our theme, you will get the same result on the Shop page even after activating another theme, not XStore.
    We would recommend you use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery, or you can use the Crop option 1:1.

    1/ We are currently experiencing difficulty accessing the backend of your website, which is preventing us from providing the necessary support. To proceed with our assistance, we kindly request that you grant us access by unlocking the backend.

    For security purposes, We have provided my IP address in a private content area. Please ensure that this IP address is whitelisted, enabling us to access your system without any restrictions.

    2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    3/ If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

To further investigate, we activated the XStore parent theme and observed that the menu operates correctly, including in guest mode, without any apparent issues.
