To resolve the issue with account creation on the “My Account” page, please follow these steps: Begin by navigating to your WordPress dashboard, then proceed to WooCommerce and click on Settings. From there, select the “Account & Privacy” tab. In the “Account Creation” section, ensure that the option labeled “Allow customers to create an account on the ‘My Account’ page” is checked.
