1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. If this situation is not caused by a plugin, provide temporary FTP access (contact your hosting provider and ask for FTP host, FTP username, and FTP password).
2/ Do you have the mentioned issue when the Storefront theme is enabled?

Core plugin was not fully installed from the first time, I am not sure why but re-uploading files via FTP helped. Also, I’ve disabled all 3rd party plugins on your site before importing the demo content, to prevent conflicts. I’ve activated default WooCommerce theme – Storefront on your site and tried to install and activate official WooCommerce plugin, the same error – https://prnt.sc/26vovaj It means the situation on your site is independent of our theme functionality, it can be related to permission, hosting or WP problem.
Check inline materials like “Installation failed: The directory could not be created.”
