I can’t install the theme XSTORE - by Frankold

Hi,
I tried several times to install and uninstall the theme xstore.
Unfortunately even starting with a new WP installation, I get the same error.
Crashes when installing a Demo theme, showing this warning:
“error while install ofet-core-pluginplugin”
Is it possible to help me ?

Hello,

As we can see any plugin can’t be installed even manually, for example, an archive of WooCommerce plugin – https://prnt.sc/26vjgux Contact your hosting provider and ask about assistance.

I contacted the provider and he said:

Dear Customer,
we performed optimizations to the php parameters, through its cpanel, and we invite you to try again.
However, in the logs we do not find the errors mentioned, it could therefore also be the plugin/ theme defective.

I’ve activated default WooCommerce theme – Storefront on your site and tried to install and activate official WooCommerce plugin, the same error – https://prnt.sc/26vovaj It means the situation on your site is independent of our theme functionality, it can be related to permission, hosting or WP problem.
Check inline materials like “Installation failed: The directory could not be created.”
Sorry, but I can help with problems that come from our theme only.

Hi Rose,
Sorry I’m late answering.
I solved the problem, starting from scratch.

I have a bit of difficulty editing the elements, I do not understand how to delete the background image in the footer, also the modifca of “static blocks” does not display the contents correctly.

Would you please take a look ?
