    Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If this situation is not caused by a plugin, provide temporary FTP access (contact your hosting provider and ask for FTP host, FTP username, and FTP password).

    Regards

Hi this is the setting on the homepage , https://ibb.co/ZRsdKdb
Previously it should lazy load 8 products at a time and continue to lazy load all the products of the category

See lazy loading is set to 8 https://ibb.co/NSr5JjQ as per this screenshot and products data is set to negative 1 as per this screenshot https://ibb.co/fFN5dg6 and also advanced lazy loading is checked. i did this cause in my country most peoples smartphones are not fast enough

but after one of your updates, I have noticed it only shows 6 products and there is more then 100 products in the selected categories

if you still dont understand ,you open this website http://www.aliexpress.com and you will notice when you scroll the more to love section it keeps lazy loading more and more products as you scroll https://ibb.co/NnSRZys ,i hope this clarifies my issues. this issue affects alot of pages on my website as we used the same setting everywhere else

    please help?

    Hello,

1/ Update the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and Core plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update Clear all cache and check then.
2/ If this doesn’t help, describe the problem one more time here in detail, and one of our technicians will check it more deeply.

    Regards
