Impossible to import demos and plugins on my wordpress

Hello,

I imported the theme successfully but i fail all the time on importing the demos and plugins. See the error message:

Minimal Fashion 2 Installed! But We Have Some Errors:

pages not installed 🙁

widgets not installed 🙁

home_page not installed 🙁

posts not installed 🙁

products not installed 🙁

static-blocks not installed 🙁

contact-forms not installed 🙁

mailchimp not installed 🙁

media not installed 🙁

options not installed 🙁

menu not installed 🙁

default_woocommerce_pages not installed 🙁

The most common errors happened by low server requirements, we strongly recommend to contact your host provider and check the necessary settings.

Also, I have the error message below:

“Current memory limit: 40 MB | We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP”

But I correctly implemented a memory of 256MB in .htaccess and everywhere else.
And all my server requirements fits your requirements. Also I’m very familiar with the theme importation, but for your theme, I don’t understand….

Because I’ve been struggling for hours and I don’t understand why I cannot import properly. Please try to connect on my dashboard through the ID below: (see private content area) to solve the problem on your own and implement “minimal fashion 2”.

Hello,

XStore Core plugin was installed incorrectly. Re-upload files of the plugin via FTP, or provide us with FTP access.
Make sure that all 3rd party plugins are disabled before the import. Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation to get 100% correct demo content. But if you already created your own products, categories, pages and do not want to export/import them, then the only way is to install the new demo over the existing content (XStore > Import Demos, but only after the Core plugin successful activation).

I tried several times again by re-uploading files via FTP, still cannot install the theme properly.

As you suggested, I would like to provide you with FTP access (see private content area) and need your help to solve the problem and implement “minimal fashion 2”.

Sorry for the delay in answering. We do not see our theme on the mentioned site. Have you decided to change the domain or should we install our theme and demo content over the current data there?

Hello,

As I mentioned in the previous message. I had troubles to upload your theme on my domain although I’m very familiar with uploading theme. It took me few days but I still failed to upload your them properly on my domain.
So please help me to solve the problem and install your theme and demo content over the current data.

Thank you very much for your kind help. For the moment, it looks good to me.

Would you mind to explain me what is the my problem mentioned in my first email?
I successfully to uploading the theme but why I failed all the time on importing the demos and plugins. I checked all the requirements before uploading the theme and I also tried to upload files of plugin via FTP.
It would be nice to know the reason why I failed.

You’re welcome!
Core plugin was not fully installed from the first time, I am not sure why but re-uploading files via FTP helped. Also, I’ve disabled all 3rd party plugins on your site before importing the demo content, to prevent conflicts. Then I did not face any problem with the data import, like in this video – https://youtu.be/4n1re0jKorc
