By default, My account shows default menu that comes from WooCommerce plugin. You can select custom menu via Theme Options > Header builder > My account
Appearance > Menus. If menu item uses static block, enable WPBakery for static blocks – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/

Hello,

1/ It is a known problem of WPB, when you open an element like this the first time, and want to change between mentioned tabs, you need to close settings of the element and then open one more time, then it will work https://gyazo.com/04f4b2fef6e3a38f94df8094f9713d19 . It is independent of the theme, so can’t be fixed from our side, unfortunately.
2/ We did not test XStore with that plugin officially, so can’t give a solid response, right now. You can leave the request here -https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check the mobile menu then. There are js errors – https://prnt.sc/MjUzZF6xEwa_ in your browser console, so if after plugins disabling the menu works fine, activate plugins one by one to find out which one caused errors.

Hello,

It looks like your static block was created using Elementor, but changed to WPB content later. It causes the problem. I’ve created a new static block “test”, set your content, and selected for menu, it works – https://prnt.sc/zY6wsBx6uv7Y So delete the old static block, re-name the test one, and change it depending on your needs using WPBakery.
