Text Editor on WP Bakery Blocks Switch Between visual / text in Blocks

Hi,

In WP Bakery edit blocks (about page) – when I try and swap between visual / text settings the text is blank.

Additionally, is there any reason vc-editor duplicate plugin isn’t working? Once you login you can see I have installed the plugin here – *WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) Clipboard* –> https://wpbakery.com/addons/clipboard-addon/

But on the pages, the copy / paste element is not visible on the theme (it works fine on other themes) but we use this a lot to copy elements from one page to another. Thanks

Also can you tell me how I edit the menu items in the My Account menu assuming I am logged in at the top right corner clicking the user icon. I have seen a menu called clients but it is not this being called into that section.

Where are the menu for the my account section in top right icon position and also where do you edit the mega-menu on the shop dropdown please.

Hello,

1/ It is a known problem of WPB, when you open an element like this the first time, and want to change between mentioned tabs, you need to close settings of the element and then open one more time, then it will work https://gyazo.com/04f4b2fef6e3a38f94df8094f9713d19 . It is independent of the theme, so can’t be fixed from our side, unfortunately.
2/ We did not test XStore with that plugin officially, so can’t give a solid response, right now. You can leave the request here -https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

By default, My account shows default menu that comes from WooCommerce plugin. You can select custom menu via Theme Options > Header builder > My account
Appearance > Menus. If menu item uses static block, enable WPBakery for static blocks – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks

Do the static blocks control the mega menu under shop main menu (desktop) as well?

Also the mobile menu -> categories. Is this a black too?

To save starting a new thread. Can I import my own font to use? I need a specific font added which is for all h1 & h2. Is this doable via typography?

Hiya – sorry I forgot to ask here. Just a final query. If at import demo page on a new install I rename the theme / child theme does it break. As in by renaming these if a user right clicks into source it’ll show /wp-theme/theme_x/ but if I rename it, would it show the name I chose?

Hello,

You can re-name the child theme, but do not change name of parent theme there.
Check this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/failed-to-update-the-update/ You can re-name the parent theme later when work on the site will be finished, but we won’t recommend it.
