1/ After uploading the translation files of the theme (with the correct name – your language name and xstore theme suffix, e.g xstore-de_DE.po) into the correct location ( /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder) you need to sync the translation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ and then manually translate strings that are untranslated still. Do the same for XStore Core plugin (/wp-content/languages/plugins folder).
2/ You need to translate WooCommerce also – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/

Thanks for the reply.

Your Home page uses a custom header, so to change the Logo, go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit Home page header.

Also, there is no needs to activate all plugins that come bundled with the theme, because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit. Read description of every plugin and activate only needed. For example, the content was created using Elementor plugin, so I’ve disabled WPBakery Page Builder and Massive Addons plugins.
