Hello,
We’ve checked your Checkout page and do not see the mentioned error.
But there is .js error that comes from a 3rd party plugin. Check the screenshot in the Private Content area, try to disable that plugin and check how checkout works then.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
Try to disable “Advanced Layout” in XStore–>Theme Options–>WooCommerce(Shop)–>Cart/Checkout.
As a rule, database error is independent of the theme. Have you tried to contact your hosting provider?
Regards
It is not a bug, you will have the same situation with any theme you are using, it is how WooCommerce works, it takes the Featured image into the gallery as the first one. Here is an example from our demo – https://xstore.8theme.com/product/bae-top/
You can contact the support of WooCommerce to get a detailed explanation and maybe advice on how to change it.

Thanks for the reply.

You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshot and share the link here.

1/ Try to clear cache of browser and check then. Try to check from another device.
What browser do you use? Incognito window?

Hello,
There is margin-bottom: 50px for the Main Header. Check screenshot in the Private Content area.
There is XStore studio, which allows the import of content/sections from different demo versions, for example, edit a page using Elementor > click on Studio icon https://prnt.sc/_XOR1df6e3Ic > find the desired block https://prnt.sc/AuzbGwhdZMSg and import it https://prnt.sc/zKzFQqH8QuFZ > then edit content depends on your needs.

Hello,
Could you record a video of the desired/correct behavior?

1/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/progress-bar/

Hello,
The problem is caused by a custom script which you added in the Footer static block. Please check screenshots in the Private Content area.

Hello,
1/ When I make changes in “ask about product” static block, they are not visible, it can be due to cache/CDN on your site.
The shortcode which you are using in “ask about product” static block adds space which difficult to remove, so I’ve added the code like that – https://prnt.sc/Xup_NcBGC_lV
Clear cache and check now.
Also, try to add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS and check the result:
.single-product .wcfm_ele_wrapper {
max-height: 55px;
}
2/ The next custom CSS code can be used:
.single-product .sidebar div#wcfmmp-store-info-2 {
margin-top: 15px;
border-top: 1px solid #e1e1e1;
padding-top: 15px;
}
